Gday mate from australia. the compressor creates a vacuum in the milking bucket then it draws the milk through the tubes from the milkers teets. Make sure the bucket lid is sealed well and youll get milk and suction for days.
Hey flair, hopefully you see this. We started giving my son goat milk since he had a hard time digesting formula…. You HAVE to warm up the milk on the stove to 160 degrees for 30 seconds to kill off all of the bacteria and parasites, if not you will get worms even if the Goats have been wormed properly.. We’ve done hundreds of gallons this way and haven’t had problems! Hope this helps!

That's pasteurization. The idea of killing off any lingering bacteria by heating it up to that temp. They do the same thing with food universally. But if and when you clean the teets off thoroughly, your hands are also clean and so is anything that may come into contact with the teets and/or the devices used to get the milk and store it, then you don't need to worry about it unless you've got a really weak constitution.
This same borderline paranoia spawned from a random case of botulism from a small raw milk producer in the Midwest over a decade ago. The vast majority of the time, raw milk is perfectly safe and far healthier than anything you get from a store, and it's only very rare cases where something bad happens and people get sick from improper sanitation practices.

Flair I've been raising rabbits for over a decade your larger rabbit breeds become "active" at about 7 months but males are normally a little before females so there is a chance you have some pregnant rabbits

Goat milk isn't bad, the thing is, most people trying it go in thinking about vitamin D milk from the store, and it's not. Just like fresh cow milk doesn't taste like the milk you get at the store. lol. And yes, get an ice cream machine and a half gallon of goat milk and make a good batch of goat milk ice cream. To make it the right way for the best taste it takes a couple of hours because you have to bring the milk to a simmer and add sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla, then allow that to get cold before putting it in the ice cream machine. But it is good if you do it right.

If you get an ice cream maker - do it properly and make custard (creme anglais) for the base. It'll be incredible, seeing you have home-farm eggs. Plus what you don't use for ice cream you can put on dessert/fruit.

spoils, make soap out of it or modify it into plastic by boiling and adding acid like vinegar, that also make curds tho if its partly bad add molasses and alfalfa grain and feed it back to the goats.
