It’s kind to say it’s like a ‘hotel’ , it looks like the kind of designs the put a lot of expensive things together. Not sure if it was tasteful.

Looks more like a fancy hotel than a place where anyone would want to live. There’s absolutely no warmth. It just screams “look at me, I’m rich”

Nice video. Although.. a large building site (Cundy Street) is about to start demolition next door and on the other side the Victoria bus station and associated flats are due to get demolished in a few years. Could be noisy.

Would take a lot of cleaning I wonder where the people who clean this house live in London and whether they'll be able to afford their rent much longer
“Attention to detail”. I think not. That white piano is actually an electric piano, yet the designers have not provided a floor socket beneath it. Instead, the cable drags across the floor to a wall socket. Little details like this would drive me crazy, especially if I’d paid £20m for it.
No its not. The cable belongs to a half-grand piano humidity control system. It is highly recommend when you put a piano in an suboptimal environment in order to prelong the lifespan of the instrument (here windows on two sides and aircondition).

I can never quite understand this fascination for marble in these high end properties. No matter how much it costs it always looks cheap, and i know because i fix the stuff for a living. It's horrible. And why do the kitchen worktops never have drainers next to the sinks! And what are the interior 'designers' thinking with those floor to ceiling curtains, 6:57, so 1970's. And that bedroom looks like a funeral parlour. Seriously, get some young funky designers in and liven up these properties.

The interior design is not to my taste those furnishings are a bit tacky looking and gaudy for me, but if you’ve got the cash to buy this place then you’ve obviously got the cash to redecorate 🤷🏽♀️
it all clashes and is very personal/ the decor/ I suppose it could all be redecorated. too garish but might be fine for the right person.

It's a wonderful apartment, but they spent $2 on that awful decor? Laquers and browns and beiges? It looks very corporate, and not like a home at all. No color. I wouldn't buy it if I had to undo all that to make it livable.
Honestly, the penthouse is spectacular... but nowadays London is more dangerous than Syria

Not much attention to detail when the cable running to the piano to make it operate runs across the carpet…..thought a floor plug would’ve been more appropriate. The home is stereotype and uninteresting.. all overly decorated and ostentatious - way better value to be had at that price and so many other buildings in that particular area.
