If you include the asking price with/without complete interior with all appliances and furniture, and also mention on which floor the property is located, what will be the maintenance charges, will the new owner have to pay registration fees, stamp duty electricity charges etc, will definitely produce a fair picture of the deal, Thankyou.
The biggest laughing point i have noticed in all the large apartments across mumbai i have so far witnessed is the despicable servant quarters size. It tells a lot about the mindset of people occupying flats in the building. Not to forget that people lay a lot of emphasis on west side of mumbai since BMC is in the west, and the east is totally ignored, so chumps dont mind to hoard a shitty place in the west than a decent lodging in the east. Nevertheless this property did seem a bit overpriced, a premium of 5 cr just for the terrace which looks like quite a headache to maintain is too much.
For the bling this house has looks like its owned by some Sardar. its very typical - Sardars have over the top bling and Gujjus have over the top Storage space !! Gujjus wont spare an inch to make some kind of a storage space and Sardars will try to bling up every corner. whether its tasteful or not does not matter they just want expensive looking stuff around. Although @ 7:08 loved the way the clothes are meticulously color coded !!
