Most poeple who just start from 2077 tend to think V and Johnny are real hero and deserves the credit, and ignore the fact that "antagonist" in 2077, "Yurinobu Arasaka", is a REAL HERO in Cyberpunk world... He often been referred as "The better and beloved version of Johnny Silverhand" in Cyberpunk, and the reason he is taking over Arasaka is so he can start the 5th Corpo War, that will completely destroy the entire corpo system and give the power back to the people... Ironically, Yurinobu's plan of destroy Arasaka from within was inspired by Johnny's nuke strike against Arasaka tower... So in 2077, V and Johnny basically work their way in favor of all the mega corpos, and bring the hero (Yurinobu) and his loyal guardsman (Adam Smasher) to the ground, shattered the best chance to change the world with their own hand... Simply because Johnny and his brainless rage against anyone who is leading Arasaka...
@@01Gshadow Was hoping something like that in DLC, but since V is bound to die, and Johnny was so heartbroken that he gives up all of his motive... I really can't see either of them taking part in the 5th copro war... If 2077 ever get a 2nd chapter, then 5th corpo war will be a good anchor point for the story. But that means that V will have to ether take the suicide ending or Johnny ending other than siding with Arasaka... Maybe the secret ending as teh true ending? So Yurinobu will get enough power to start the 5th corpo war, and player might ether head story about V or running into Johnny in V's body...
In the endings where you let Alt in and destroy Mikoshi, it actually helps Yorinobu's plan come to fruition - since destroying Mikoshi ultimately kills Saburo for good. I haven't played in a while, but it's never said what happens to Hanako or Yorinobu in those endings, but it's heavily suggested Yorinobu is fine in those endings. In fact, Johnny and Yorinobu have been on the same page since Day 1. Thinking back on it, it's probably the plan all along - Yorinobu sells the Relic to the Voodoo Boys, they find Alt, he makes a deal with Alt to destroy Mikoshi.
@@Nightamose I think you missed out the most important part of the difference between Johnny and Yurinobu... Johnny only want to bring down Arasaka, he talks a lot but hardly cares shit about other corpos, and the event he nuked Arasaka tower was a combat operation hosted by Miltech in the 4th war, and Johnny was serving Miltech as the front line commander for the main strike team, when other legends leading other Miltech armies launched a citywide assault against Arasaka force in the night city... He serves the Corpo, he is just a dog on another leash, he is no better then Adam Smasher. Yurinobu's goal is to bring down every single corpo in the world, destroy them completely rewrite the entire system the corpos set up to rule. So his plan is to use Arasaka to start the 5th war, a grand cropo war that will end every single one of them once and for all. Saburo was nothing but a tiny pebble for him, that he needs to remove so he can get his plan moving, killing Saburo have almost no weight compare to what he really aiming to achieve. Yurinobu is a highly educated top rank elite, that grows hatred to the system that he see only corruption and suffering, and with a group of friends of the same birth and rank, they formed a rebellion force that aim to change the world. Johnny is an underdog who serve the system, and only start to grow tired and annoyed, mostly because he realized that he can never get the ruling class to do what a self-centred drug and alcohol fueled dickhead like he want them to do, and no one in the high rank world gives a fuck about scums like him... So he vent his frustration with violence against a chosen target, which happens to be Arasaka, the most powerful corpo in the night city. So Johnny and Yurinobu are not and was never on the same page at all.

Just got done listening to 15 minutes of the original and then immediately loaded up this version,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, OMFG ! There is so much put into this remix that seems to ENHANCE the original by giving it that extra zip, yet not totally changing the mood. Great Job !!!!
This song will be included in humanity's cultural heritage list
this remix is one of the best tracks I have listened in my life. no joking
Amazing work man. That's 80s feeling pure. Love it when in 1:34 the typical 80s dance beat kicks in. But gets even better at 2:27 with this synth circling. Wonderful.
I'm addicted to this song, it's full of feelings, big thanks for the creator of this legendary piece ❤

Aside from this brilliant remix, thanks for putting the lines from Skye. Benn tried to look on the Internet but I forgot the Doll's name. That experience in the clouds is truly amazing.
Damn Choom you really went all the way with this I love it!
I always have feeling that its Judy singing :D every time I hear this song :D

Still boot up Night City from time to time. Just to walk around visiting Misty, Judy and River. Cdpr makes game like no others.
Awesome as always. Thank you.
I really enjoy this! Really has that classic cyberpunk feel to it
I listen to this everyday, keeps me going.
Heard this on an Edgerunners edit and fell in love. Haven't played the actual game yet but this song makes me look forward to it!
u should play game , u will never regret.its unbelievable
I know I'm late to the party but I got this on repeat along with the songs from Edgerunners. I already put in +800 hours into the game when it came out but watching the anime really pulled me back in and this remix just came up on my feed. It's a damn shame that the vocals isn't on Spotify. The instrumental is nova but the vocals completes it for me.
Either way, I'mma have this on loop every now and then.
Glad to see someone else got in heavy during launch. 👍
Beautifully done and even strong messages you can think about it and then do it. Love it
This is cool man! 80s
Never thought i could imagine myself dancing to this song, but this remix proved me wrong! Preem as fuck Choomba, Silverhand would be proud

FUCK YOU WHY YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND CYBERPUNK??????
A very nuanced and interesting take, nice
If there were more options in the game, sure, siding with Yurinobu and fighting the 5th corpo war could be an interesting route for corpo V.
Niesamowity remix!!! Cyberpunk najlepsza kreacja otwartego świata!
