While at the same time it doesn't lose the soul of the original song but yet it is unique in its own way which is why this remix is one of my favorites. It doesn't get lost in the beats or rhythm. The nostalgia feel this remix echos hits hard. It's funny how a specific beat or rhythm in a song can have just as big of an impact as a song with lyrics (in this case it's both for me). I have this on repeat right now. The original was something of an acquired taste but now it's come full circle. This is perfect. You did a great job, thank you.
I think the show suffered from not being given enough time to develop the characters. I enjoyed it, but it never rose above side-monitor content for me. Still teared up a bit when the song played that second time, tho.

I really love this remix. I think the song is about the singer reaching out and trying to emotionally connect to someone who is pulling away. It does not appear to be working. It fits Edgerunners because all the main relationships break down due to a lack of emotional understanding and communication :)
