+HASfit Cheers for this, I have been researching "weight lifting routines for women to tone" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Seyliana Strength Salgado - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin got amazing success with it.

Ok, here's my 1 month of Hasfit's beginner workouts update. I'm a 44 yr old female who has NEVER worked out until I decided I needed a lifestyle change and I discovered Hasfit. The only two measurements I initially took were my weight -102kgs and waist -120cms. I hopped on the scales after a month only to discover I lost 4kgs. I was a little bit disappointed but hey, 4kgs is 4kgs lighter than I was before. Next I measured my waist and found that I had actually lost 16cms. Personally I can't see the difference in my body but I've had several people say that they can and that I look more toned and that I'm actually 'glowing'. Thank you to the Hasfit team for helping me and continually motivating me to reach my goal. I've been telling everyone about your great workouts and that if I can do it then so can they!!
The scale is not always an accurate representation of what's going on with your body composition. You'll feel a difference in your clothes before the scale usually, which means you're doing it the right way. Losing fat and gaining some lean muscle. Keep up the great work and we can't thank you enough for your support. :)

This is probably my favorite workout video of all time, made me laugh a lot and made the workout pass by smoothly. Guys!!! I love this workout video. Ive been doing it a few times a week for the past month and I keep coming back to it. You are so motivating. I love that I'm getting a good workout without all the bells and whistles. I don't feel rushed through the moves or pressured to do it exactly...I have time to perfect the move and really focus on what I am doing. Keep up the good work. O man that was tough!
I followed advance versions except in last move and push-ups.I was drenched in sweat.Loved this workout and I hope one day I will be able to follow all advance versions. I wanted to ask just for my own knowledge why there was no warm-up and cool down required for this workout.Thank you.
We're glad you enjoyed it! With the video only being a 28 minute workout, sometimes we incorporate the warm up with the beginning exercises of the workout to get our blood going and muscles warmed up. However you are always welcome to do your own warm up and cool down after every workout. For example, you could stretch after the workout even if it wasn't demonstrated on the video. Hopefully that helps!
Finish line = promised land :P Cardio workouts always leave me sweatier, but strength workouts definitely leave their mark on me too.
