      Hi, i don't count calories - I workout twice aday 7 days & watch what i eat :O),, I am not gaining back the 15lbs, i lost :O)

    holy... cow... I can hardly type after this - but I DID IT, almost all the moves without modification (fewer reps than you guys). for me, this is an achievement. there was a time I was unable to do squats or lunges. thank you for your motivation, I appreciate it greatly

      Today I worked out to this using 4 kg weights. Some moves required modifications. I definitely feel stronger than when I first did it. Whew, thank you guys for the challenge, I needed this today!

    I normally preview your workouts briefly before I do them, and I underestimate them EVERY TIME. All I can do is laugh, but I appreciate you guys for always kicking my butt. I feel stronger mentally and physically each time. I stopped going to the gym due to grad school and who knew I could get in the best shape of my life in the living room. Thank you sooooo much!

    You guys helped me go from 265 all the way to 180 lbs. Guess I didn't realize I lost myself somewhere there. Rule of thumb: Don't work night shifts.

    I easily get bored doing other youtube workout because its either hard or many things going on. Hasfit is perfect for me. I can easily switch between easier and harder workout. If you could shorten 'workout previews' videos that would help. Thank you so much

    This is by far my favorite HASfit workout. It’s short, yet so effective and efficient. With the help of you guys (Coach K and Claudia) a couple times a week, some cardio at the gym, and clean eating, I’ve been able to take off about 60 lbs in a little less than 9 months. These videos are a god send.

    Bought a pair of new workout trainers yesterday. They're much flatter than my previous ones, and the added grip made me feel more at ease to go harder into the mountain climbs. (Mah poor obliques!)

    Previously lost 8kg which approximates to 18 pounds, trying to lose a few more pounds and your videos have been such a good source of workouts! Stopped renewing my gym membership and have been sticking to outdoor and indoor workouts instead and loving it so far.     First attempt of this workout in the sauna with 15 lb dumbbells...low impact of course...loved...burnt 316 calories in 35 mins... will definitely do this again...

      Don’t you love how many calories you can burn in just half an hour?!? This is the reason why I love weight lifting!! It has transformed my mind, body, & soul!!     Lost around 15 lbs in a span of 3 months by following lots of you guys videos. Obviously had ups and downs. Times where I ate myself til I couldn’t anymore. Slacked off and stopped doing the exercises because of how often work schedules changed and when I just felt too tired but I’m still here pushing myself to my limit. Listening to every piece of advice thrown in during the videos. Constantly telling myself I am better than what I think I am. So grateful for you guys honestly❤️❤️ and so thankful for making me start loving and being proud of my sweaty after work out shirts😆

    Managed to get through this one last night with 8lb weights and I can still feel it in my muscles. Great workout. HASfit helping me to get fit is one of the few highlights of lockdown!

      I know your comment was 9 months ago but I'll answer anyways. Google "METS" and you can figure out how much work a certain excercise requires and thus how much calories it burns. That's for a more precise way. As to their calorie counter, it's probably not very accurate but more of an educated guess. Most people are definetly on the lower end of the calorie counter and maybe even less than what they show up there. As a general rule, the more you weigh and the more reps you're doing, the higher the calories burned. If you don't weigh over 200 pounds and aren't doing a crazy amount of reps, you definetly aren't near the higher end of their calorie counter.

      they could have some sort of watch that tracks calories burned, i know they don't wear anything during the videos but if they've done it before as a practice run or something they could have.

      With a heart rate monitor. Usually a chest strap.

    I love the workouts on this channel. They are intense but do-able. I have done about 5 different workouts so far on the page, and they are all excellent! The couple is so great and keep you motivated the whole time while keeping it real! So glad I found HASfit!

      If, u can stand without falling? Have @ it ~ But, it might be little difficult tho, if u have to been over or reach down then back up Or try to grab something & come back up quickly -- the goal tho is to keep it safe, so u start fresh & painless next time :)
