I chose the iPhone 14 Pro Max because of three reasons: 1 - the battery capacity, 2 - The camera bump up to 48MP, and 3 - the color. I got this phone 4 days ago as a birthday present to myself and I love my phone. I also love the dynamic island feature and it is amazing. I LOVE IT! 🥰

I have the phone now for a few months. I love it, the software is the same. I don’t understand why people want Apple to be like Android. What I love about Apple is that when they give us new features they do their best to perfect it. I love the phone. People need to stop the Samsung and Apple wars. Both are great, you’ll find flaws on both.

I have really found the dynamic island to be put in for coming over 13 pro. I love having my sports scores running up at the top and I love having easy access to get to my navigation app by tapping on. It works pretty well.
Using it for a month and a half now, it’s a beast and a perfect phone for me. Dynamic island is really useful for when I am listening to music.
any regrets? any negatives? i'm considering an upgrade from 12 Pro.

It’s been week since I got my IPhone 14 Pro Max! I love it! I was using the iPhone 11 what a huge upgrade I really see the difference between the two phones. So I’m pretty much happy what I got! Everything about the iPhone 14 Pro Max is really amazing!

Same. Going from a iPhone 11 two camera to a iPhone 14 Pro Max is like jumping from a PS2 to a PS5. Plus, the battery life is superb- especially when heavy usage is needed with GPS in NYC

i have the deep purple but the black is still really beautiful
coming from someone who has the 11 pro max that takes 10 minutes to load MESSAGES after restarting- i’m sorta excited to get this new phone. i own multiple cameras but it’s so much easier to just take a phone with a decent camera on it with you everywhere. i am still a little conflicted with if the 13PM or the 14PM is better. (i’m mainly focusing on the cameras)
I got mine 2 days ago. Software not a lot different from my 11 pro max. The camera is a big step up and the battery life is so much better. I had UA-cam crash on me already. I’ve never experienced that on an iPhone before. Only early days so far.
I switched from Android to 14 pro max and i had many issues with it so far..but the biggest one yet was that the phone was running on 20-30hz instead of 120hz and had to restart it in order to get it back. I dont know what to say if i have a " bad batch " phone or something but didnt expect this from Apple

Poco f5 looks to be pulling way above its price point, which is great to see. Feels like Poco is getting back to their true flagship killer roots. Now I just hope they've fixed their quality control issues and all these phones are still running a year or two from now.
I do not feel that the 13 pro max is that similar to the 14 pro max. I have them both and the 14PM feels snapier, warms less, brightens much more and the front camera is way better. The wide angle photos are better and have ois. True the 13PM shines in bsttery life but unfortunately it took a hit on ios16.

Had mine for about 2 months I still love it excellent battery camera and performance it just works I wish the island did more maybe ios 17 will fix that but unless they actually make a 15 ultra ima hold on to mine for a while
So the dynamic island is useful in order to show others that you're using an iPhone. That's very important indeed, what other people think.
Im definitely liking the dynamic island when I set a 15 minute timer for my break at work so when I'm on TikTok I can just see the time

How do you like it so far?
I always hear people knocking the 14 Pro camera over the 13 Pro because the photos look darker. To me the photos look richer. The detail is there, the darker areas just look darker. I think it gives the photos a fuller look. I’ve been happy with every photo I’ve taken on my 14 pro. All camera’s on any phone in the past 3 or so years are pretty solid. It mostly comes down to personal preference when knit picking side by side.
Screen shots from videos look better than actual photos from the 14 Pro.
The sensor is outstanding but I can say I’m not a huge fan of the 14 Pro’s processing. It still plainly takes better photos than the 13 Pro 9 times out of 10 IMO
I love my 14 Pro Max, I use it as my daily driver paired with Beats fit pro and an Apple Watch 6. I’ll stay up from 6 in the morning to 1am and my battery is at about 30% by time I go to bed. I also have the S23 Ultra however it acts as my secondary/travel phone, it just wasn’t worth making my daily driver.
Not sure why you need 2 phones. Doesn’t really make sense
@@emilsecker7881 several reasons, one, I travel a lot, if you do I suggest that you do too. Two, I have an important job position and would rather keep work separated from personal life. Three, some of us actually likes mobile phones, I’m not going to limit myself to one OS like these Apple or Android fanboys.

I watch most of my content on my iPad. When in out a view a video the D Island doesn’t bother me! The next hardware feature I’d like to see is the disappearing hole punch.
iPad is fine, however I find when using Galaxy S23 Ultra, it's much more a mini tablet and with the punch hole content is close to as enjoyable as an iPad, the dynamic island is not bothersome as a phone use but I agree and disappearing hold punch would be amazing

Nobody seems to talk about the apparent superiority of the iPhone's audio quality when using either earphones or bluetooth streaming to a decent pair of monitor speakers... I have read that the Samsung 23U has some issues with this aspect of audio - and I for one would trust Apple on this. Still have a OnePlus 6t - and am bored with Android - and audio is so important to me - that's why I'm going to grab a 14 pro max before the iPhone 15 comes out with an extortionate price.. 😊
audio quality doesn't depend on the phone, if they both are sending same streaming app with same sound quality, it's the speakers that make the difference.

Not really cause not everyone buys their phones at the same time. What you think is a small upgrade for you might be a big one for someone else. Exp. Someone who bought a iPhone 13-14 might see the iphone 15 as a small upgrade but someone who hasn’t upgraded their phones since iphone 10-11 might see it as a big upgrade.

Absolutely a amazing phone i bought myself a iPhone 14 Pro Max on launch day. I went for the 512gb model and it costs me around € 1859,- it is been great using it. I Charge it every night on my MagSave charge and my battery health is still at 100%. The 48mp is makes a really big difference something i didn’t expect. I have been using it without a case or screen protector and it’s holding up really wel, I did drop it a couple times and it have some scratches but that isn’t a problem because you can easily erase the scratches if you have the silver colour..
I recently switched from my s22 ultra to 14 pro max! And so far, I don’t regret my decision.

I dont think iphone 15 will be so different from the 14, just minor improvments, usb-c (wich i dont care if its usb-c or lightning) new colours, bionic 17. Thats it, will probably be the same chassi etc. I ordered the 14 pro max yesterday and i think i will be happy with the phone at least 4-5 years to come. I personally think that mobile-tech has reach its limit, honestly.. how much more can a phone improve in form of design and so on, next would be a folding phone if apple want to improve and be exiting.
3nm chipset. Titanium build. The smallest chin around the screen ever. Better batterylife. And a rounder body. No phones get huge updates anymore, its not that much more you can do i guess. They are just perfecting them

i was considering S23 Ultra but I went to store to try the phone and the 6.8" screen didn't felt comfortable to hold on compared to 6.1" iPhone
Im actually owing s23 Ultra since release and this is amazing mobile device, however as you stated, size became an issue to me and Im thinking to go for 14 Pro or ordinary s23, however from both iPhone is better I believe. But like I said, if for someone size is not a problem, s23 Ultra is amazing.

Ideally I think get the pro max or ultra or whatever the best one is and use it for three years before switching. Three year cycles not two.

As far as stability my 12 pro max was way better and as far as performance vs my 12 pro max I don’t think it’s worth the upgrade only if you want (newness) still over all happy wit the phone now after 6 months.

My main was iPhone 12 since it released, Apple replaced it due to an accident a few months back so it’s practically brand new and I never had any issue whatsoever at all, my wife surprised me with a brand new iPhone 14 Pro Max and even though I did not have the intention to upgrade yet until the 15, I love it, I already loved my 12 of course going to love the 14, been using iPhone since iPhone 5, iPhone 5c and 5s.

@@courtney9139 at this point in time it makes no sense getting 14, get the 15.
@@gunzalez507 in the UK you can basically get 2 years minutes texts and data for £200, total price around £1300 with the iPhone 14 included. When the 15 pro comes out, it will be around £1400/£1500 then you’ll be paying around £500-£700 for texts minutes and data. Making it way more expensive than the iPhone 14. In the UK it’s cheaper to get your phone on contract included with the service rather than pay for the phone outright then get service on top. It works out way more expensive in the long run.
I always upgrade to the previous year when the new one comes out because it drops in price for contract. I just wanted to know if it’s worth it for the camera upgrade from the 12? I love taking photos
Scooped this up from T-Mobile two weeks ago. Had the 13 Pro for the last year and half so I doubled down and got the Silver 14 Pro Max with 256GB.
I love the phone and I use the dynamic island more than I thought I would. Excellent battery life and build quality.
If I had one major gripe, I’m having a hard time loving the cameras this year. My images either come in over processed or grainy and the minimum focus distance is nowhere near as close as the 13 Pro because of the new 48MP sensor. They’re just nowhere near as consistent as the 13 line imo.
Wdym the images on my deep purple 14 PM are amazing. I took 256gb too

@@M4W07 They just seem off to me tbh. Colors seem overblown and too saturated at times. HDR seems a little too aggressive. Some tweaks in the settings have helped some on my end.

I currently have 12 pro max….content but broke one camera lens….can it be fixed; If I don’t replace it, will the damaged lens effect how the phone works?
Oh hon.. apple support wont do anything for you. They will just tell you to buy a whole new phone even though a camera lens fix should actually be around $80 not $400

Yes but you don't own the phone software at Bordeaux and when the phone gets very old and they stop supporting the software for it that close the phone down so you'll have to upgrade

On the European versions we will finally get USB-C, but i will not be surprised if they do some special chip requirements to acces the full power of USB-C. And Apple can not skip a new of "renewing" the Iphone as its there main income. As long as they have the Cult buying a new one every year they have to deliver a new one every year ;)
Just got my 14 Pro Max days after 15 was announced. No reason for me to go with 15 since there’s minimal improvements. Performing tasks-blazing fast. Camera? gets the job done. I am happy and satisfied with my 14 Pro Max.
flew to SD on iPhone release day with my cousins this past September for vacation n tried to get the 14pro max but didn’t work out and got it 2 weeks later instead but I’d say I love this phone and was worth the upgrade from a 12 pro max imo and yeah… I’m probably gonna get the 15 even tho it looks exactly the same 😭🙄
