They should add loadouts to the armory so you can create gear and strat combos, before you are in Q, like how you make classes in CoD.
Armor: Democracy Protects.
Primary: Sickle. Secondary: Grenade Pistol. Support: Qasar
Bug Strats: Airstrike, Railcannon, Rover
Bot Strats: Airstrike, Laser, Shield Gen
Eradicate Strats: Mortar Sentry, EMS Sentry, Anti-Personnel Minefield
Tower Defense: Mortar Sentry, EMS Sentry, EAT-17

@@GrenadesAndNapalm Actually a dad with a full-time job, with 2 hours of rec-time after hours. But classic RPG min-maxer at heart 😉
Flametrooper: Napalm, incendiary mines, flamethrower, and guard dog rover.
Punisher, grenade pistol, incendiary grenade.
amr, jumpack, eagle air, and orbital laser is my go to for guerilla style combat against bots. Its so fun to run this build and sneak into heavy outposts and then jumpack out of there.
I typically run solo stealth. Breaker Incendiary, redeemer, impact nades, nade launcher, E.A.T., eagle airstrike, 500kg. Works well for me.
Any time I go against automatons it always gets so hectic that the personal shield doesn't really help, so I usually play without it to either free up for a different pack or an extra orbital/airstrike/turret. I'm actually more likely to take personal shield for bugs to pair with the flamethrower.
So the trick behind the lock-on for the spear is that you need a clear full view of the target within the large targeting circle. So a swarm around your target will disrupt, any obstacles around will disrupt. So the trick to it is learning and practicing proper target acquisition.
I'm the opposite. When I do decide to use the shield it's always against the bots. For me when things get hairy it gives me a few extra shots I can tank to get outta a situation. For example, i was playing on 9 today with no respawns and 3 people dead, extract was caked with bots. I kited a lot of the bots off extract and threw in the respawn at extract. We was able to all extract.
the most fun build i found is so called "heavy devastator" build: ballistic shield, deffender smg, granade pistol, lascannon/AMR and heavy armor with anti-explosion passive.
ONLY for automatons.
It is the most tanky build possible, the only thing able to move u is tanks and rocket devastators. youre immune against every other thing and can just roll onto them constantly fiering

The first build you mentioned is what i have been using. I would also add the senitor as a sidearm. Definitely not effective but really really fun
If you resupply while wearing the supply pack is refills you're ammo AND 1 supply pack slot.

I'm currently combine Punisher with Rover, Grenade Launcher, Eagle Napalm, & Autocannon Sentry / Gatling. Quite good for me in multi situation
I have never successfully shot down a dropship with an autocannon. If it's possible at all, it takes too much time and ammo to be worth it. You're much better off strafing the carrying bay and killing the droppers before they get released.
Shoot the engine, you'll work wonders.
Bots:
Medium +2 grenade armor
Eruptor/revolver/stun nades/spear
500kg/laser/deployable shield
Bugs:
Light +2 grenade armor
Eruptor/SMG/impacts/jetpack
Cluster bomb/railcannon/EAT
armor: light gunner
For bots I go laser , rail cannon, cluster bomb and auto cannon for primary i use scorcher or sickle , uzi and impact nades if im goin in there to fight head on . If im keeping distance or stealth I use jet pack , amr , laser and air strike or 500k
Bugs: incendiary dominator breaker or spray shotguns , Uzi and impact or incendiary nades support strats I go rail cannon and/or 500k and cluster with jet pack grenade launcher or quasar

500 to 700 kill when I'm not playing like ass or my team competitively cleans up the kills. Team usually already running quasars so...
Insteam of the spear i recommend the laser cannon. Though i dont think it works well on hulks. Im not sure. Though walking devistator factory it wont worn from my exp.
My first factory strider killed me so my bro tossed in the rez and i landed on top and dropped a 500kg . Blasted turret kept trying to push me off when setting the stratagem 😂

Any love for the grenade launcher?
I was think about this none of the builds use it because Eruptor and nade pistol do the same things but the sniper build setup should be fine to switch out AMR

Double eagle double sentry, grab whatever your teammates pick for backpack and weapon. Usually quasar and rover/shield. There is no reason in a 40 minute game for everyone to select a backpack and weapon. It's a team game.
