    Description:
Aggregations are functions which allow you to consolidate numerous rows of values into a single output. SUM, AVG, MIN, MAX, COUNT and COUNTD are some of the most used aggregations in Tableau.
Aggregations play an important role in Tableau calculations. If they aren't used properly, calculations will return incorrect results!
If you are writing formulas to calculate ratios, percentages or time period comparisons, it's very likely that you need to incorporate aggregations to return correct outputs.

Can we find ratio of two measurement as an example
Ratio of male to female is 3:2
Ratio of Yes to No response is 4:3
    Is it possible in Tableau?

So you are saying you'd rather display the ratio as 3:2 instead of just 1.5?

@@onenumbertableau yup exactly, would like to display the ratio not a decimal value , it can be done in excel but in tableau it seems impossible

@@skyful9 I've never seen it done in Tableau and I don't believe the capability is native. You might find this forum discussion and example calculation helpful: community.tableau.com/s/question/0D54T00000C6HLFSA3/ratio-display
