How to Freeze Total Rows in Tableau

- Freezing a total row in Excel is really easy... but in Tableau? Not quite as simple. The default behaviour of total rows in tables in Tableau doesn't include freezing.
So to get a static total row, we'll need to create a workaround. We'll use a second worksheet and a sneaky calculation to help us generate the output we want.
