Morning started with 111 pushups & eve skipping 20 mins 1600 counts & plank 90 sec 3 sets & squats 130 & leg raises 75 counts
Day 16 warm water and kasayam for cold. BF broken wheat upma. Snack dates 4.lunch chapathi and panner gravy without butter. Snack peanuts. Dinner 2 apples. Water 2.5 liters. Walking morning 30 minutes and 60 minutes evening. Cardio 25 minutes.

I'm struggling to lose weight for past 10 months. I have 3 yrs old kid .. My prepregnancy weight is 68kg &post pregnancy weight is 80 kg.. After coming to US I gained 5 kg. I went to gym and reduced 8 kg when I was in virginia. I got thyroid issue & vitamin deficiency after we moved to michigan. No exercise & No dieting due to weather condition and eat lots of outside food and junk items. Finally my weight reached 90.5 kg .. So, I was under depression for past 6 months. I didn't want to hear others advice(mom,brother,spouse , relatives). I changed my mind and want to stay healthy to take care of my family. So,I started searching weight loss plan in youtube and found ur beautiful videos and practical words .. I really got motivated and started changing my lifestyle. My parents and spouse are excited and happy after seeing my change over.. I too feel very happy and reduced stress.. I definitely gonna achieve this 30 days challenge and will follow this for my lifetime.. thank you 😊

Yesterday wake up at 6 am walking poga mudiyala 8.30 papaya and 11 am drinking butter milk 1 .30 pm small cup of saamai rice and veggies evng 5.30 half hour exercise dinner 6.30 papaya . thanks for your motivation mam.

After seeing your motivation video,I reduced 3 kg madam. October 20th evening just like that seen your motivation for the weight loss video in you tube madam. Next day October 21st started my diet immediately I stopped drinking tea coffee and milk. 2 days continuously I got headache, but I remember your motivation talk. So I should not drink, started going for a walk initially 6000 steps becaz my weight was 93 kg madam. Slowly increased my steps to 8000 after 3 weeks. I hv reduced from 93 kg to 90. 6:30 I finished my dinner, before going to bed,if I feel hungry light Butter milk I am drinking. Thank you so much for your encouragement videos madam.

Hi sis today morning jeera water 30 minutes exercise break fast one chapati with vegetables lunch vendakkai kulambu kovakkai poriyal butter milk eve one hour walking poganum dinner fruits.
I strated my day with 1 glass green tree then with in half n hr i had 3 badam, Bf oats or ragi kanji, 11 o clk one orange or one Apple, lunch chapati + vegetables, 2 o clk butter milk, 4 to 5.30 gym time, dinner spourts with 2 egg whites or 2 French omelet.
