Aw, thank you. I think workout is the only only way to tone and tighten skin. I try an do the workouts I share in the videos as much as i can. I have really not done anything special in additon to walking and at home workouts.

You can have 1 cheat meal. People confuse with 1 full day of cheating. It is actually just 1 cheat meal. If you have done very well throughout the week, one cheat meal per week will not ruin it. Pls keep an eye on your portions. It is very easy to overeat chat items.
