    Hi dears 9.25 at this point i want to share somthing similar thought at people who advice or criticise at your weight. Never take those comments or advice negative....people who advice you could be your real wellwishers.....they are the reasons behind for most of the obese people to kick start their weight loss journeys........always accepts comments take it with positive spirit n move on to the next level......if these people are'nt their in your life you may not achieve anything in life.....you will be in a position to say thank you to these people on reaching your goal...... sharing this with my own experience....so all the best for people on their weigth loss journey💐💐

    Oh dear, thanks for this video came at right time, I lost 3 kgs in the last 3 weeks.. but over the weekend I had terrible craving and had too much food.. 😷 and today I am stepping on the scale and shocked to see the weight has increased by 900 gms... I was pretty sad and wanted to give up.. but glad ur video came and I am back on my diet... will keep going... ❤️ Thanks Neela... please keep posting videos every week atleast 5 mins aachum pesidunga... complete ah koraiyura varaikum vera yaar kitayum sollavum mudiyala because everytime I tell others I simple fail..😣 I want to keep it to myself and your videos are boosting my spirits..❤️

    Hi sis,
    This s my first comment on a you tube video. I was completely depressed today about my weight but after watching ur video I don't feel that I should starve to lose my weight. Now I am confident that I can reduce my weight happily without starving and heavy workouts but only with continous effort. I came across so many you tube video but ur journey is so inspirational. Thank u so much for sharing. I am 92 kgs now. I ll follow it from now and post the result.

    Hi.. while you loosing your weight upto 30kgs how did your skin become tightened? Becoz iam also weighing 90kgs I have to reduce till 60kgs but I have loose sagging Belly skin... I have taken you as my role model to reduce please help me out.. iam worried about my sagging Belly which is very uncomfortable... You are my motivation... Thanks dear..       Aw, thank you. I think workout is the only only way to tone and tighten skin. I try an do the workouts I share in the videos as much as i can. I have really not done anything special in additon to walking and at home workouts.

    in between the journey u didn't took any carb food lk rice idly if i take one or two time in week it will affect my weightloss?
    I can take only 45 min to workout lk yoga
    Yoga will help ?

      For the first 10 months, I did not take any rice or rice-related food. After that, I slowly started adding rice and sugar. Weight loss slows down with sugar and lot of carbs. Yoga is great for weight loss. All the best. You can do it.

      Hi Lakshmi - Sugar in any form slows down. Pls try to keep your sugar as low as 1-2 teaspoons. Without sugar, the weight loss gets quicker.

      Cut out carbs as much as you can. Eat salads ad low-carb fruits for all 10 day. You can surely reduce. Do not take sugar in any form.

      You can have 1 cheat meal. People confuse with 1 full day of cheating. It is actually just 1 cheat meal. If you have done very well throughout the week, one cheat meal per week will not ruin it. Pls keep an eye on your portions. It is very easy to overeat chat items.

      @@ThamizhPennWeightLossCoach Akka,I would like to know the job opportunities from india as every one will have a wish to work in US/abroad,u would have met lot of people who came to abroad with different visas(different ways),am related to java platform and don't have much idea about it(knew little bit about H1b).so if you make a video about that part,It will be helpful for us.regarding life style for example,if I want to go Delhi or Punjab,they used to tell like you will get chappati and dal mostly and it will be too cold,living cost,best companies that kind of stuffs.
