Don’t reverse into any curbs or you will have to use your spare set of flaps

As you point out, the mudflaps are close to the ground, well why don't you attach a chain to the bottom rear so as to lift them up a little, because if you reverse and hit a kerb , they may contact the tyre and rip off. Merry Christmas Mel.

Fatal mistake Mel, if they are closer to the ground than a kerb height they will nip on kerb and rip off, been there done that, love the vid
Hi Mel, Struck me, it is such a great concept working on your Van together with other van owners, sharing your knowledge with other, making friends, hat off.
Mel you may know his already, but a quick efficient way of cleaning around mucky cruddy components, including electrical, is using spray foam tyre cleaner. It froths up and dies back to lift off dirt and cleans to a shiny finish with a quick buff up if needed. I do my whole engine and it keeps it sparkling like new

At 16:16, what a great idea, so effective and simple, yet had'nt occured to me, to make battens from strips of ply! In a word 'bendable', which treewood won't do. An ever present problem is that vans are curved everywhere, despite appearing square and straight. So making battens that can bend is a genius idea. Well done that man! Learn so much from watching your channel, thankyou Mel!

if you rust protect the chassis or parts of the floor use raptor mel..use the correct primer though..epoxy primer...its like a coat of metal when finished..do it through a shultz gun mel.

Put a switch on your toilet beeper
HGV ( over 3.5T) MOT is a class 7 unless its a motorhome then it's a class 4 MOT the same as a car or vans under 3.5T, it's still an MOT test, MOT isn't actually the test, it just stands for MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT 👍
A hgv has an annual test. A class 7 mot is for vehicles up to 3.5t
