~ INGREDIENTS FOR SINGLE SERVING ~ CRUST - 20 g (2 Tbs) whole wheat flour* - 60 g (½ c) all-purpose flour* - 5 g (1 tsp) baking powder (I use aluminum-free) - 1-2 g (¼ tsp) salt - 20 g (~¼ c) low-moisture part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded - 90 g (⅜ c) nonfat Greek yogurt * If using only all-purpose flour: 80 g (⅔ c) all-purpose DA SAUCE (Use ⅕, refrigerate or freeze remaining) - 1 15oz (425g) tomato sauce - ½ tsp (3g) salt - 1 tsp (0.25g) dried oregano - 2 tsp (1g) dried basil - ½ tsp (1g) garlic powder - 1 tsp (2g) onion powder - ½ tsp (1g) black pepper - pinch of red pepper flakes (optional) TOPPINGS - 70 g (~½ c) low-moisture part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded - whatever else you’d like (macros will vary - see description) ~ INSTRUCTIONS ~ - Preheat oven to 500 degrees fahrenheit (260 C) - Combine crust ingredients and mix until it forms a dough - Use a rolling pin to flatten out and shape the dough to your liking. Roll in the edges to create an outside crust - Place crust on baking sheet (with parchment or floured) and add on ⅕ of the sauce, the cheese, and whatever toppings desired - Bake for 10-12 minutes or until preferred doneness - Repeat for other pizzas or freeze before cooking
If doing the single serving option, you could mix about 2 tablespoons of tomato paste with the same amount of water and eyeball the spices. I've done this a number of times and the flavor is pretty much the same!
Bro, thank you so much. I have a new job at a beer deposit/warehouse and diet and rest have been paramount to getting crazy ripped inadvertently. I, a full grown, tortilla raised latin american, use your burrito recipe religiously. Your channel is one of those which make youtube worth it. Peace!
I gotta give mad props to you. I have tried so many recipes for protein pizza and some just didnt work out others had weird tastes but this. This is absolutely amazing. I actually let my dad try it and of all the recipes ive tried he doesnt care for literally any of them. Except this one; this one he wants the recipe for which is stupidly high praise. Keep it up and thanks for sharing this gem.
Hey Ethan, just tried your recipee yesterday and everyone fell in love with this pizza! Its hard to believe that something this good is actually healthy...! Goated!
Thank you so much for your videos! Your explanations are so simple yet effective - you gave me so much motivation from breakfast bagel I started cooking myself. It’s so much easier than I thought lol
You're amazing. You make it look quick and easy without overdoing it as far as rushing. This is only my 2nd video I've seen of yours and I was like, "YUP. SUBSCRIBED!"
This channel is definitely going places. Just made these for the week and I'm pretty sure from now on I will never not have at least one of these in the freezer at all times.
For the great recipe of the flatbread, the lavash or the tortilla and the pizza right here as a result I here by present you with a like and a comment to boost thy metrics Kudos
Thank you!!! I was trying to find a way to make freezer prep protein pizza! I think combining your method, with E4CM's tip of using about 20% Vital Wheat gluten in the pizza would make an awesome combo and increase the protein even more :). Experients shall commence....
I made one yesterday it turned out great! I wonder if you can substitute like a third of the flour for protein powder. Or maybe that doesn't work for pizza doughs
The lack of yeast confused me then I realised this shares more in common with a scone-base pizza, only you use cheese and yoghurt rather than butter or marge. Clever! I really want to try this now.
I wonder if he got the idea from the world of Keto recipes because using cheese, often cream cheese, in coconut/almond flour with xanthan gum for a “dough” is a common strategy. I personally never found it convincing but I think this is a completely different beast since it has the real thing… flour.
@@stone_pilot Highly possible. And to comment on how well it works, I've tried this recipe twice now. First with 0% Greek-style yoghurt (because I wasn't thinking and didn't realise they were so different), and then again with real full-fat Greek-yoghurt. The real stuff makes a much nicer dough due to the reduced moisture. My process is a bit of a mess since I can't easily freeze the raw pizzas due to space limitations in my freezer so the first pizza gets baked and eaten on the day, but I par-bake the rest of the bases before topping, bagging and freezing. Overall, tasty and filling. Solid recipe with plenty to tweak and tune. It's no neopalitan pizza, but it's well above the empty carbs of a frozen supermarket pizza.
@@ethanpaff you’re the only person I know of who prioritizes the cleanliness of ingredients AND protein. Thank you for your service. If you made a cook book I’d buy it
That’s why I started this channel! I try to show how to eat well AND practically. Not considering protein is just not practical. Hopefully more creators will catch on and help spread this way of eating. Might be some time before I put out a cookbook, but I would love to provide easier, quicker access to all my recipes.

Gonna try making this next. Although, I must admit, working with flour is the final end game boss for me.

Looks good, cheese in the dough is a neat idea 👌 👌
Thank you, Robbie! And, as always, thank you for the continued support!
Lots of slick transitions. Good work dude!

Love that you used whole grain flour! Looking forward to seeing more of that

I love it!
I can already tell this is gonna taste good. Cant wait to try it out
Your voice is so soothing 😄🫶🏽but thanks for these recipes they came in clutch 🙌🏽💫
This looks insanely good. Definitely gonna try this
I suck at baking but if the macros are that good I'm gonna try it.
Looks so good man def will give it a try. Also the dough looks way easier than traditional pizza so that's a plus
Those transitions were clean
fun fact. "vegetable" is a culinary term. All the plant matter we eat consist of the fruits, roots, leaves, flowers and nuts.
Thank you for emphasizing the glycemic load. Really cool for us diabetics
Can't wait to try this when I'm not dairy free anymore! The "magic trick" editing is really fun. Stay awesome.

I made one yesterday it turned out great! I wonder if you can substitute like a third of the flour for protein powder. Or maybe that doesn't work for pizza doughs
You would need something to bind the protein, maybe eggs or xanthan gum. In any case the texture would be different
Question, do you think bread flour in place of the whole wheat (or all purpose) would turn out well?
There would be no problem with that!
personally, crushed tomatoes taste way fresher and better for the sauce. Mix in spices with immersion blender and its delicious
Another banger vid

This guy is the best
You are truly a life saver 😭
I wanted to ask a question - would it be better if good amount of olive oil is poured about the pizza before cooking? I feel it would taste more good.
Up to you, but mind that it would add calories
this shit looks so fucking good. and finaly without tuna garbage as base
FINALLY my idea finally IRL cheese baked IN the dough.
The goat is back 🔥🔱
I'm pretty broke and have only self rising flour, would it be ok to just use that instead of wheat flour, all purpose and baking powder?
Yep, just use the same amount of self rising as you would for the total amount of the other flours and omit the baking powder!
Thanks for the recipe. Are you sure about the macros for the cheese pizza. I've recalculated many times and can never come up with more than 24g

I think your numbers are off for the cheese. The Kroger brand that I use in the video yields about 25g protein and 254 calories for 90g of cheese.

Can I make this with Turkish yogurt? 🤔
Hey, Karina!
Should be a 1:1 substitution. The macros might vary a bit, and so might the texture. But mostly the same.
