    ~ INGREDIENTS FOR SINGLE SERVING ~
    CRUST
    - 20 g (2 Tbs) whole wheat flour*
    - 60 g (½ c) all-purpose flour*
    - 5 g (1 tsp) baking powder (I use aluminum-free)
    - 1-2 g (¼ tsp) salt
    - 20 g (~¼ c) low-moisture part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
    - 90 g (⅜ c) nonfat Greek yogurt
    * If using only all-purpose flour: 80 g (⅔ c) all-purpose
    DA SAUCE (Use ⅕, refrigerate or freeze remaining)
    - 1 15oz (425g) tomato sauce
    - ½ tsp (3g) salt
    - 1 tsp (0.25g) dried oregano
    - 2 tsp (1g) dried basil
    - ½ tsp (1g) garlic powder
    - 1 tsp (2g) onion powder
    - ½ tsp (1g) black pepper
    - pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
    TOPPINGS
    - 70 g (~½ c) low-moisture part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
    - whatever else you’d like (macros will vary - see description)
    ~ INSTRUCTIONS ~
    - Preheat oven to 500 degrees fahrenheit (260 C)
    - Combine crust ingredients and mix until it forms a dough
    - Use a rolling pin to flatten out and shape the dough to your liking. Roll in the edges to create an outside crust
    - Place crust on baking sheet (with parchment or floured) and add on ⅕ of the sauce, the cheese, and whatever toppings desired
    - Bake for 10-12 minutes or until preferred doneness
    - Repeat for other pizzas or freeze before cooking

      If doing the single serving option, you could mix about 2 tablespoons of tomato paste with the same amount of water and eyeball the spices. I've done this a number of times and the flavor is pretty much the same!

    I gotta give mad props to you. I have tried so many recipes for protein pizza and some just didnt work out others had weird tastes but this. This is absolutely amazing. I actually let my dad try it and of all the recipes ive tried he doesnt care for literally any of them. Except this one; this one he wants the recipe for which is stupidly high praise. Keep it up and thanks for sharing this gem.

    Thank you!!! I was trying to find a way to make freezer prep protein pizza! I think combining your method, with E4CM's tip of using about 20% Vital Wheat gluten in the pizza would make an awesome combo and increase the protein even more :). Experients shall commence....

    I made one yesterday it turned out great! I wonder if you can substitute like a third of the flour for protein powder. Or maybe that doesn't work for pizza doughs

      You would need something to bind the protein, maybe eggs or xanthan gum. In any case the texture would be different

    personally, crushed tomatoes taste way fresher and better for the sauce. Mix in spices with immersion blender and its delicious

    The lack of yeast confused me then I realised this shares more in common with a scone-base pizza, only you use cheese and yoghurt rather than butter or marge. Clever! I really want to try this now.

      I wonder if he got the idea from the world of Keto recipes because using cheese, often cream cheese, in coconut/almond flour with xanthan gum for a “dough” is a common strategy.
      I personally never found it convincing but I think this is a completely different beast since it has the real thing… flour.

      @@stone_pilot Highly possible.
      And to comment on how well it works, I've tried this recipe twice now. First with 0% Greek-style yoghurt (because I wasn't thinking and didn't realise they were so different), and then again with real full-fat Greek-yoghurt. The real stuff makes a much nicer dough due to the reduced moisture.
      My process is a bit of a mess since I can't easily freeze the raw pizzas due to space limitations in my freezer so the first pizza gets baked and eaten on the day, but I par-bake the rest of the bases before topping, bagging and freezing.
      Overall, tasty and filling. Solid recipe with plenty to tweak and tune. It's no neopalitan pizza, but it's well above the empty carbs of a frozen supermarket pizza.

    I'm pretty broke and have only self rising flour, would it be ok to just use that instead of wheat flour, all purpose and baking powder?

      Yep, just use the same amount of self rising as you would for the total amount of the other flours and omit the baking powder!

      I think your numbers are off for the cheese. The Kroger brand that I use in the video yields about 25g protein and 254 calories for 90g of cheese.

      That’s why I started this channel! I try to show how to eat well AND practically. Not considering protein is just not practical. Hopefully more creators will catch on and help spread this way of eating.
