The second CD of the Sancho Panza mix compilation starts with this vocal that you are talking about (I used to listen to the CD a lot!) Sancho Panza is run by Jimmy K Tel, and Matt Brown, so makes sense it's from that CD. You can pick a copy up off of discogs for a small amount of money - happy hunting. I've got this on vinyl, and the only vocal is the one that plays throughout the track. No child vocal...
