The tourist attraction is narrated by none other than Jack Ryder, who should have been given his time in the limelight as The Creeper though I digress, in a mocking demeanor. I’m not considering this shitshow of a game canon, just like some of the original Arkham comics back in the day. I’d rather consider the “Assault on Arkham” and “Hell To Pay” animated movies canon to the Arkhamverse over SSKTJL, which were exceptional films as far as animation goes. I highly recommend you give those a shot if you haven’t already done so.

@@realbluestar2846 If I remember correctly, there wasn't a multiverse plot element in the 2nd game, only the first. The 2nd game only used the multiverse element for the multiplayer, to pretty much explain all the crazy skins.

Yep, in the roadmap it says new bosses and shows Green Lantern and Superman. They share the same design as Flash-brainiac with the purple crystals coming out of the sides of their heads just like this boss fight. So it’s safe to say all of the braniac fights will be reskinned JL bosses. This game sucks man and I really tried to like it.

You can say that about a LOT of the Justice league bosses in this game to be honest. Superman could have easily snapped all 4 of their necks in a blink, but no, he decides to toy with them.. giving them easy opportunities to pump him full of Gold Kryptnoite. Considering that he is as fast (if not faster) than the Flash, I am surprised he actually got hit with the projectiles shot at him.

Rocksteady came out recently and said they wanted to make this game, they were not forced! Over 100 Rocksteady developers left though, when the two co-founders left and took whoever would join their new company with them. They've just recently set up the studio, I think it's called 100 stars or something idk

What if (bear with me) after you defeat ALL 12 remaining Brainiacs, you find out the the ACTUAL JL was being held captive, and this whole time you were fighting Brainiac’s clones of the JL?
And (maybe) somewhere down the line, the JL become playable characters?
Or have there own respective games in the future of the ArkhamVerse?😅

The graphics are great and I felt like parts of the game were good, but the fact that all the Hero's were killed off so easily and nonchalantly just doesn't leave me feeling fulfilled at all. This ending was also very unfulfilling :(

It really boils down to how you look at it. The game was called "kill the Justice League" and you do just that. It wasn't like the company was trying to be sly about it.
In addition my headcanon is that the heroes, though made evil, weren't in control of their actions entirely. Think about it: Does Batman, the Arkham Batman, think fear toxin is the most effective way in killing four members of the Suicide Squad? I think Brainiac was playing them like video game characters himself.
I'm not saying this game is perfect and I think it is VERY strange that this is the route they took to conclude the Arkham Universe, but I think the game delivered what was promised essentially. My only wish was that one of the Suicide Squad members died since it's their thing

@@brucewayne-mh4kl I don't think it's all that disrespectful. I think, as blunt as Harley Quinn was, Batman would have done the same in her position. There is no curing the league members as Flash mentioned. The only way out was through death.
You might say it's disrespectful that the villians beat the heroes, but you need to remember that even characters from DC make stupid decisions or they are nerfed for plot reasons. I mean recently Wally West was shot to death and bled out despite being faster than the concept of death which is hilarious to think about.
Yes, I think some Justice League members were done dirty, but I still think it's because Brainiac told them what he wanted them to do via mind control.
Ideally the Justice League should be superior especially with their line up, but the Justice League wasn't the Justice League technically so I'm willing to let that tid bit slide.
But if I had to fix ONE thing with this game, they should have let Flash live via imprisonment or something. If the game ended with Barry fixing the timeline this game would be massively improved

Now I get why the rocksteady founders and a bunch of devs abandoned this ship and made their own new studio.

Maybe they can eventually make a decent Superman, Flash, Wonder Woman, etc Game that builds into a Justice League game. Shoot they could do a Green Arrow or Elastic Man game. That be a lot easier to do than a Superman or Flash game.

You act like those superheroes are bullet proof outside of Superman. Besides, it took more than just shooting at them since they needed the help of a different universe lex, toyman, gizmo, etc

Replayed it a month ago before Asylum. The mechanics were better in Origins (obviously). Asylum didn’t do it for me. Can’t wait to replay City tho.

The fights in Origins are cooler and the enemy variety is at least more unique, it isn't just mass groups of 1 or 2 armored guys and a few goons
Even Avengers had a better final boss then whatever this was supposed to be💀
At least in Avengers they didn't have a rookie hero defeat the final boss all by herself or worse have Jarvis, Tony Stark's butler in the early comics anyway be the one to defeat Modok.

Rocksteady just shut down to save yourself from further embarrassment. This game is an absolute joke hopefully no one wasted their money on this game. Props to this guy for playing this atrocity so we don't have to. I hope he's doing well I know it must've been soul crushing.
I didn’t think anyone could do a worse version of the JLU’s brainiac episode but Rocksteady did it.
Instead of Brainiac making himself into a bargain bin flash for shits and giggles, it would’ve been far more challenging and in-character for him to do one of the following:
- produce robot drone versions of the justice league to fight the suicide squad
- summon alternate versions of the brainiac-controlled justice league to assist him (if he gets permission from the other brainiacs)
- recreate his brainwashed justice league, only looking much more evil and having brainiac’s symbol on thier chests and foreheads as the first of his “new” coluan’s

Good luck with that. Most leaguers are too op to be a video game character. Unless they use street level leaguers like batman, bluebeetle, mr terrific, and other characters like superman and GL can't reasonably be out on a game
To get close to a superman game I'd say you'd have to dig in the vault and use an obscure character like Gotham and Gotham girl.
A Superman game is very plausible. But No one has talked of a Flash game in years! Guess the idea of being super fast is too ambitious.

It's not even about the enemies so much. Even if a game wasn't about the whole JL and was *only* about Superman, or only about The Flash, or the Green Lantern, etc...
It's about the map. If you are playing as Superman/Flash/GL/someone else on that tier of power, then your playable area should actually be the *entire earth.* If that sounds ridiculous, it's because it is. You can't market a game as "be the Superman" "be The Flash" like Arkham did with Batman unless you can travel just as much as those dudes can. I can't see any game studio ever being ambitious (or well-funded) enough to make *every location on earth* in a GTAV-level of detail. And anything less than that would cause you to remember that you are playing a video game constantly.

Gets control over someone who can run faster than the speed of light, a guy who is bulletproof and fireproof that can have a skyscraper fall on him and walk away from it, a guy whose limit is his imagination and yet people with no super speed, super strength well there is King Shark, but no where near as strong as Superman or Wonder Woman, no magic ring and yet they can run around at moderate speed, shooting bullets and boomerangs at him and he goes down then Waller just takes a knife and finishes him off. Flash easily avoids bullets by dead shot even at close range, yet wasn't able to use that incredible speed to help take down Brainiac .

The original developers quit a while ago and I’m sure they feel more disrespected by this bullshit of a game than anyone, considering that the character arc that they created for Batman over the course of three games was just ruined so that they could have Harley Quinn shoot him in the head with him a gun.
