First house is really nice. It's a wide lot and they filled it with a great balance of indoor and outdoor areas. I think interiors weren't as glamorous as some other houses but very practical with a great flow.
The first house was clean, but I'm assuming a lot of the price is the location and views (which were fantastic). We've seen more elaborate designs for less money...particularly the bathrooms. The outdoor living area was the best feature IMO. As for the others in the video - my favorite was the last house in Austin. Nice work on the editing once again.
