2 shiitake mushrooms
3 mushrooms
2 eringi mushrooms
1/2 pack each of shimeji, maitake and nameko mushrooms
1/2 onion
about 15 g butter
about 60-70 ml white wine
about 100 ml cream
about 100 ml water
Italian parsley and black pepper to taste
