ESO Gold Road Recall - Customized Action

The ESO Gold Road Recall - Customized Action is free in the Crown Store until August 15th 2024. You are required to complete the Morrowind main story to be able to claim it.

I finished the Morrowind main story and earned the title "Champion of Vivec", but I still can not redeem the "Gold Road Recall" from the ingame shop. It still says that I haven't got the fullfilled the requirements. I haven't purchased "Gold Road" yet. Do I have to do that first? I play on Playstation 5.

I dont own gold road and I was still able to redeem the gold road recall. Same platform too, ps5 on NA server

@@AdamCordova_26 I am playing on PS EU and meanwhile I got in touch with the Bethesda Support Team. They checked my achievements and manually granted me access to the Gold Road Recall customized action.
