Same here! They’ve been stepping up the daily rewards a lot lately it’s been great
It should have been The Dark Brotherhood instead because it's part of the basic lore and more useful overall

I'm looking forward to getting Clockwork tomorrow ( 7/2) for log in reward. Clockwork is my 2nd favorite DLC area, Murkmire is my favorite.
I too am looking forward to Whitestrakes, though to make it more fun than stressful, I've already started accumulating quests to turn in for tickets.
Does this game still need a month subscription to play?
Nope! It's buy-to-play with an optional subscription. The subscription will include access to all previous dlc content without buying each dlc individually (as well as other perks). If you don't do the subscription, the DLC's will need to be purchases separately to have access to them. So if you have the game and claim the free DLC from this months daily login rewards, you will have access to it forever regardless if you are subbed or not.

10 years of ESO and still no oceanic servers
It would be nice if they eventually made an oceanic megaserver. I get that they don’t want to further split the playerbase but that must suck to try to play with extra latency. Maybe they would get a lot of new players if they did it.
They should at least update the combat system
I think the game is too far established to completely overhaul the combat system, but what changes would you suggest? I think more mmo players would come to ESO if it was more tab target based.
Make the combat less stiff, have the enemies react to your attacks, get stunned, rag doll, more finishers all similar to Skyrim. I think part of the issue is the zone levels to your character. Yeah you can go anywhere but it takes away the strength abilities.
Kind of sucks when you're already on the DLCs
