Said it before, will say it again. Best band ever. I do mean ever. Knew you’d be blown away. I’d have been on the stream but at 03:00 I was getting the zzzzz’s in. This is the only M&M solo that I find difficult to concentrate on since I picked up the bass line. Well, bass line, there’s actually 4, one for each solo, each a tad different than the one before. It became my favourite song instantly, but I had to let it marinate a day during the dozens of repeat plays before allowing it to join A Frozen Serenade and Epilogue live versions. And both the intro and outro are on the downloadable “single” as are all the sound effects. Not sure if they will be on the Album. Can’t see why not, but it is unusual.
What I find very comforting is knowing that when they perform this in a live concert venue, it’s going to be even more kickass! I like Dragonforce music videos, I really do. But after seeing them in a live concert venue, I was a bit disappointed. Nobody can say that about Lovebites. They’re even better live!❤❤❤
The wait, the hype, it's all paid off 1000 times fold. The song and the music video are perfection. The ladies are gorgeous and, as always, fantadtic on their instruments. Fami fits right in like one last piece of a puzzle. Asami's vocals are killer. Duo M&M are slaying it, especially the brutal long ass solo. And Haruna... just the beast battering the drums like there is no tomorrow. LOVEBITES is back, and they're back HARD!! 🤘🏼🐺🤘🏼

I knew you were going to fall in love with this band from your first reaction to them when you went into stage one LBA. Dragonforce may have pioneered the twin speed guitar solos but LOVEBITES have taken it up and ran with it to another level. If you are going to do We The United please do the 2020 5 of a Kind tour version.
Despite all the talent they already have, I was surprised to see that all the members of the band have climbed one level higher, now Miyako's level is unreachable.
Yet, I bet if we asked Miyako what she believes is her weakness as a musician, she probably has a list that she's working on...that's what makes her amazing. Constant improvement. Prost !

I'd like to recommend you do "Epilogue" and "Frozen Serenade" next. "Epilogue" is a power ballad with amazing guitar solos. "Frozen Serenade" is another LB masterpiece that is completely different from anything you've heard before. One thing I love about LBs is that they have a song for whatever mood you're in. I'm counting the days until Feb. 22nd when the new album is released.
Great Reaction cheezy one. FYI - Fami is playing her Bacchus Custom Fami Model 5-string bass. In the opening segment you can see the f inset in the middle of the fretboard. couldn't tell you how many times I've watched this - and there is still more to see/hear. There are places where in 4 bars Fami takes 2 finger picks and then in the same sequence hits 2 pops, then repeats and the only difference is the sound of the pops. She is Insanely talented, and I am so Happy that Destiny has put her where she needs to be, for herself, for Lovebites, and for all of us. You mentioned We the United (Lovebites and Wolfpack Anthem), you should play the clips from 2020 Five of a Kind and start with Edge of the World, which leads into the show closer We the United.
In the past we had Downing and Tipton, Hetfield and Kirk Hammett, Dave Murray and Adrian Smith, Dave Mustaine and Marty Friedman, Keith Richards and Brian Jones and many other legends of duo guitar masters. Today we have Miyako and Midori. Dragon Force is good but their solos lack beauty, diversity, they overplay it, often taking it too long without need to do it. Music that is Miyako making for the band, especially solos are just aiming to fit perfectly with every song, amazing transitions-how she does it its ingenious. Love all of them, but she is just spectacular. Fami is rising to power already. She writes songs too. New era of The Wolfpack is coming. And they are not kidding-its time to conquer the world. LETS GO!
Hopefully one day people will know the greatness in Miyako's compositions. Being a great piano player and student of classical music has paid off for her. She is my favorite guitarist and composer. Reminds me of the great Randy Rhodes in that aspect.
Technically, Dragonforce are still the standard, but where Lovebites leave them in the dust is songwriting. No one has ever combined this level of virtuosity with such good songwriting.
I'm not afraid to say that Lovebites is by far the standard. They may not get as big as DragonForce due to less than stellar promotion, but I know both bands really well. Lovebites is the standard, technically and otherwise.
I could go on all day expressing to anyone that will listen how talented these ladies are. Not just as musicians/vocalist but as songwriters and lyricists too. They are, in my opinion, the gold standard of metal music nowadays. They are flawless. And now with the addition of Fami on the bass, this brings them to a whole new level. No disrespect to Miho as she is an absolutely fantastic bass player but Fami is in a different league. This band just gets better and better. I've been listening to them for over 2 years now and I cannot get enough of them. If this song is any indication of what the rest of the new album is going to be like, then we are in for a good, old-fashioned ass whooping.
Its Easy too be Totally Mesmerized by this band. Their songs,hooks,leads,bass,drums,etc are second too none. Asami's voice actually seems stronger this album if that is even possible. I've listened to this song more than any other new song I've heard since, I actually can't remember. It's soooo damn good. And it's the #1 song in Japan right now which is pretty cool.
Things bode well for the new album. I well imagined you'd like this one! hehe.. Fami seems to have brought bass AND a second rhythm to the whole.. and it doesn't detract from Miho, it's simply a different style and tone that works really nicely with their "thing". Fabulous stuff.

Quite a few hardcore Wolfpack often comment on the Lovebites posts, so I won't pretend to know their catalog or member information more than any of them. Just enjoying each of their songs that are shared to our community here. A little off topic- I'm glad you were able to upload from the interrupted livestream. More than once I've seen other content creators complain about the very vague nature that UA-cam handles blocked content. Apparently, the channel is not always given specific details about why the media was blocked and consequently released as ok. I'm not speaking of material that is intentionally graphic, the use of certain terms or trying to dance around a copyright. The generic means of reporting probably leads to this as it's a click and go with no means of specifying, but I hope you at least get a broad category explanation from UA-cam as to why. Otherwise it's a scratch your head, "what did I do wrong" moment instead of details that can be avoided in the future.

I don't know, but it seems to me that Miyako changes the left hand 's fingers position on the guitar, more canon like Midori and with more possibility of extension on the keys and more speed!

Apparently, the channel is not always given specific details about why the media was blocked and consequently released as ok. I'm not speaking of material that is intentionally graphic, the use of certain terms or trying to dance around a copyright. The generic means of reporting probably leads to this as it's a click and go with no means of specifying, but I hope you at least get a broad category explanation from UA-cam as to why. Otherwise it's a scratch your head, "what did I do wrong" moment instead of details that can be avoided in the future.
