- Hey guys! Todays video is on my nighttime afro routine. I did a poll on Instagram asking what video y’all wanna see next and the majority voted for this video. Justice, i just wanna say thank you so much for making the videos you do. I used to hate my hair a lot while growing up. I would often question why my hair couldn’t be “pretty” and straight like the white kids I was surrounded by 24/7. i really hated being me, but see you and other black creators style their hairs into beautiful designs has helped encourage me into growing out my hair and cherishing it a bit more than i used to.

We have a similar hair type on density and curl and I’m so relieved I found you. I’ve been wetting my hair every night to twist it up, but I never knew that wasn’t good. I’m 14 and my mom never taught me how to properly take care of it because she always straightened hers.

I use to have liberty spikes back in high school not that its similar to your afro but ik its alot of maintenance and can have alot of pride in keeping your hair healthy and looking really nice I really dig it 😍

I cut this shape a longgg time ago and its kept up most of the time. Sometime i trim certain parts more than other just to get the shape back to normal. I might do a video on how i shape my hair!
