About the whole water weight thing, you can have A LOT of extra water weight. My grandma was I the hospital for a few weeks (she was extremely sick so all she really did was sleep in bed). Eventually when she got a little bit better and was able to walk, they took her to a re-hab center and after a few exercises she lost 23 POUNDS IN WATER WEIGHT

Well, I'm good at dieting, I never get hungry, I only eat when I remember it, or when it crosses my mind. But because I dont eat so often, once I do, I eat pretty much, but right now I feel really motivated about life, I dont know why. I feel stronger, I feel more focused, less limited, and im getting way better in school! For some reason, as long as im happy, my life is amazing! I never knew water made up 50% of our body weight. Ive gone a day without eating more than 500 calories then drinking half a gallon of water with 35-45 minutes of cardio. Result I lost 7 pounds in just one day. It's only good when you don't have to worry about anything else for that day

Krutz Agrawal yes, caffeine certainly helps to boost your metabolism and in fact I like to take it before my workout to give me the extra boost of energy. But if your body is dehydrated and retaining water, you want to avoid it. If you’re ok, then of course you can have caffeine. 😉

I did the same thing but I heard if you drink TOO much water, you will intoxicate your body and basically will have low cholesterol. I'm on the "the only liquid you should drink is water" diet which you still have regular diet of your food, just don't drink any juice,alcohol,coffee,tea etc;:)

I’m going on a diet this morning bc it’s 12:35 am rn.. soo I need to start sleeping more and shit. I lost 14 pounds over the summer bc it’s easier for me honestly.. I don’t eat much as I do going back to school. And now I’m glad Bc everyone’s noticing a change. I’m doing stretches each day and dancing a lot for 2 hours straight and ya know.. thank you god for Kpop. I’m doing it with a friend.. she shared the diet with me and hopefully I can catch up.. Hacks I can do, since I still live with some one who feeds me garbage ( basically garbage: stop eating so much bread, no desserts of any kind, drink about 1.5 to 2 litres, or more, of water ( will have to do with bottled as well as tap water), keep hydrated, and exercise more. Maybe, I'll be able to limit my salt intake as well. Maybe... I will also not have sauce on my hotdogs which I have to have today ( only having 1 piece hotdog bread but two hotdogs). This will mostly start tommorow, as today was more of a cheat day, as I have had over my calorie intake ( 800 calories).
