    1. limit salt intake
    2. increase potassium intake (bananas, avocados..etc)
    3. drink more water
    4. reduce on high carb food & inc protein intake
    5. sweat it out (work out)

      No you're ok. If you're upset just try to be healthier. Like drink more water eat better etc. You can still be healthy and not be "Skinny" . its fine . don't think to much about it.

Some of my favorite recipes of yours are: •Overnight Sloppy Oats (so easy, so filling) •Mango Chicken Lettuce Wrap (I make it into chopped salad, so tasty) •Energy Bites that use chickpeas, peanut butter and honey (so low cal, so filling) •Soba Noodles with Chicken (love Asian flavors!) ~~ I love your recipes bc you use the simple ingredients w Asian flair but...so so tasty and I lost weight !! I'm just about to try one month experiment again of Just Your Recipes to see what weight I can lose! Wish me luck! 🤞

      I’m going to the doctor on Tuesday! I’ve gained like 20 lbs since last year mainly bc I’ve been sitting at home eating during COVID19😂! Trying to lose 10 lbs before Tuesday ... hoping I can do it!

    1: Don’t eat a lot of salt
    2: Try to cool for yourself instead of Eaton takeout
    3:Eat bananas, avalados, cocinar water, spinach
    4: Drink water instead of juice or soda to lose weight and improve metabolism
    5: Cut down on carbs, but not all(bread, tortillas, pastries, etc.”
    6: Eat fish and other high protein foods
    7:Morning workout and drink a lot of water

    Thank you for the video! I’ve been trying to figure out how to be healthy again without spiraling back into my ED. I appreciate the info! Think I’m definitely retaining water.     About the whole water weight thing, you can have A LOT of extra water weight. My grandma was I the hospital for a few weeks (she was extremely sick so all she really did was sleep in bed). Eventually when she got a little bit better and was able to walk, they took her to a re-hab center and after a few exercises she lost 23 POUNDS IN WATER WEIGHT

    Thank you so much... You have truly explained my problem, why I am having a hard time losing my last 5pounds ( goal 155) . I lose 13 pounds in 3 months (173 down to 160 ) and have stopped drinking as much water as my body needs. Basically my body is holding on to water🤦🏽‍♀️! Thank you again... This was very helpful and just what I needed! 😁💪🏾

    Well, I'm good at dieting, I never get hungry, I only eat when I remember it, or when it crosses my mind. But because I dont eat so often, once I do, I eat pretty much, but right now I feel really motivated about life, I dont know why. I feel stronger, I feel more focused, less limited, and im getting way better in school! For some reason, as long as im happy, my life is amazing! But if maybe im not that social for a week, I'll start to feel lonely and sad, and then I just eat alot. But Today! I'm really really really motivated! So thanks for the tips!

    I never knew water made up 50% of our body weight. Ive gone a day without eating more than 500 calories then drinking half a gallon of water with 35-45 minutes of cardio. Result I lost 7 pounds in just one day. It's only good when you don't have to worry about anything else for that day

    Hi Joanna,
    I have heard that drinking black coffee boosts metabolism and helps in reducing weight and you said to reduce the intake of coffee.... Why is that so?

      Krutz Agrawal yes, caffeine certainly helps to boost your metabolism and in fact I like to take it before my workout to give me the extra boost of energy. But if your body is dehydrated and retaining water, you want to avoid it. If you’re ok, then of course you can have caffeine. 😉

      You can also have green tea instead of coffee now and then. It has the same metabolism boosting effect but does not dehydrate you as much as coffee.

      I did the same thing but I heard if you drink TOO much water, you will intoxicate your body and basically will have low cholesterol. I'm on the "the only liquid you should drink is water" diet which you still have regular diet of your food, just don't drink any juice,alcohol,coffee,tea etc;:)

      Sarah Yoongi BAHAH! Girly I had the same problem a couple of years ago. I gained 28 pounds over the summer and I was soo pissed jdjdjdjd. I was 10 at that time.. now I’m 13 turning 14 soon but... I’m going on a diet this morning bc it’s 12:35 am rn.. soo I need to start sleeping more and shit. I lost 14 pounds over the summer bc it’s easier for me honestly.. I don’t eat much as I do going back to school. And now I’m glad Bc everyone’s noticing a change. I’m doing stretches each day and dancing a lot for 2 hours straight and ya know.. thank you god for Kpop. I’m doing it with a friend.. she shared the diet with me and hopefully I can catch up.. I should sleep soo reply back so I don’t feel lonely.

      Actually I think that not eating makes you accumulate food in case of emergency or something, the body goes in survival mode or something similar

    Thanks for the video, Johanna. To my surprise, I woke up with 3kg extra today. Had been poor on my diet for weeks and to add up I hadn't been exercising for past three weeks. Hence, the water weight gain.

      shaz M firstly congratulations on bringing a beautiful newborn to this world. ☺️ your body has gone through a lot of changes for the past year.. just think about how strong and amazing your body is to be being a beautiful child into this world. This is the time to focus on recovery and slowly get back into your fitness routine. There’s no rush or pushing your body, but rather allow it to heal and embrace to journey of being a new mum.. ☺️

    Hacks I can do, since I still live with some one who feeds me garbage ( basically garbage: stop eating so much bread, no desserts of any kind, drink about 1.5 to 2 litres, or more, of water ( will have to do with bottled as well as tap water), keep hydrated, and exercise more. Maybe, I'll be able to limit my salt intake as well. Maybe... I will also not have sauce on my hotdogs which I have to have today ( only having 1 piece hotdog bread but two hotdogs). This will mostly start tommorow, as today was more of a cheat day, as I have had over my calorie intake ( 800 calories).
