What type of bulb is it? Can't seem to find a replacement.

The VSA doesnt have a bulb and it looked there was two blue bulbs if one is burnt is that other one there for a replacement?
That is what I though about when I saw the 2nd bulb, but it was already too late because I had bought a new bulb. Maybe this video will save someone few $$...now they know that there is a spare bulb. Thanks.
