Cheers Ed nice review. I ran the ccc and arc with this pack and going to review it on my channel. Great pack but a few things they could sorted making it an epic pack. Thanks again.
I just bought this... I think for the price, it feels cheap. The soft flask on the right hand side chest pocket doesn't appear to sit low enough, so looks like it's popping out. Having the bottle in the same pocket pretty much renders the zip phone pocket useless as there's not much room for anything. Also having the bottles chest mounted makes the 2 zip pockets hard to access, a real pain to zip back up. The side mesh pockets aren't very deep n I'd be worried about losing kit. The chest straps are a pain to move up n down and are not elasticated. There's a few elastic loops all over it for pole storage but I have no poles & there's no way I can see to remove them. The lower back panel doesn't sit flush to my pack n makes me think it's not fitting properly even tho all the straps are adjusted fully. On both shoulder straps are 2 small square pockets... For what, I have no idea. I have the l/xl n it feels small. I'm quite broad but it just feels off. I had a salomon a few years ago n the fit was perfect. I wish I'd stuck with that brand. I'll be returning this.
Depending on what you’re carrying - yes. Wouldn’t want to carry a laptop. But for a change of clothes, some food & shoes - yes. I’ve had a pair of size 10 shoes, towel, toiletries and running kit in the detachable bag with room to spare
@@jamesmackeddie thanks. I got the S/M today and I am 6.1 thought it felt snug but might be a little too snug. I rekon I am gonna switch to a L/XL. Just didn't want it to be swinging around too much.
Yeh it’s a tough one as all vests are different when fully loaded and minimal. On the whole my vest size tends to track my top half size, which is size small

Be great to hear your feedback on what could be improved. Thanks
Thanks, this has help me finding a new upgrade from my Inov8 Race Ultra Hydration Vest
Thanks for the review. Very helpful. Cheers.
Thank you! I've run two ultras with mine already and didn't even know about some of the pockets...quick question, how do I remove the 2nd pack?
Sorry to be a pain..can you show us how to use the pole strap again. Please 🙏. In more detail
Another quick question: how did you get the long straws off the bottles? I'd like to have them short like yours.
Good review. Really helpful

will it fit a RESERVOIR with just the vest?
Would you say this bag has sufficient volume for run commuting?

@@jamesmackeddie Awesome, ta!
Do you think an iPhone Xs Max fit you think? How does the 2in1 differ (apart from the extra bag) from their normal 5ltr race pack, do you know?
leave that with me.....
What size was your pack s/m or l/xl and what's best for Gents my chest is 105+-
Small - I’m 5ft 6 - If you check out there page via the link, the size chart says the small/medium goes up to 105 cm and anything over is medium/large

What size did you have? I feel like my chest measurement is between the two and want to know how snug each of the size options is?
Hi Ed, size small/medium. I’m 5ft 7, normally small jersey
