I understand although it'd saddening since not many VAs do this as well or as properly as you do. It gets frustrating when every other video from other creators turns characters like these into lovers.
Very classical keys of power play from the High father. Non threatening title with positive signal value. Using "dead" or "missing" people as a workforce. Completely believable. Good job
So I've stumbled upon this and I have to say it is a good story overall. The plot is short and pretty easy to understand, it follows logical sense of human illogic. Not to mention the Character growth of Ursa, and how she was handled. It felt a little awkward with the interactions between the Listener and Her but it wasn't as bad as some of ones I hear where they go from enemies to friends than lovers by the end of 20 minutes. The relationship ended at acquaintances and has room for growth if they meet on better terms. TL:DR, it was good.
So I was chilling in bed wondering what the clinking noise was when you said it was miners, and before I could figure out what was happening I almost peed myself with the gunshots

This was really good, but also really sad. And honestly, Ursa makes a pretty convincing case that the High Father loyalists are the right side. The rebel protagonist, on the other hand, presented no evidence to back up their claims that the High Father hoarding the crystals or using slave labor to mine them, and there could be plenty of other reasons why the crystals are missing.
Oh, a sci-fi story? My prayers have been answered! Been looking for a good near-apocalyptic story for a long, long time. Always a fan of this type of story, too, where the bad guys are really the good guys, while the "Good" guy is actually just a power abuser. Great stuff! Can't wait to watch part 2!
Ngl this is very good and I would like to see more. I personally would like to see how the rebels are amongst each other and maybe they even have families/childeren. That would definatly humanize them even more. Thanks for any consideration and a wonderful day to you!
I'd rather have the Rebels be former soldiers and young men who are fighting for that cause I'd humanize them by having families just siblings, parents, nephews and neices and being single with no children themselves
It's a shame this will never get a continuation. For those reading this and are not sure why, from what I've learned one of the guest VA's that were in the now deleted part 2 had done something disturbing, that's all I know, I don't know which VA it was, I don't know what they did, I don't even know if it's the only reason. Though I wouldn't be surprised if there was more to it. Please don't bombard her with questions about it, she isn't too comfortable explaining what happened, and that's that.

The moment she said to point the gun in the other direction all I can think was: *"well that's it? You take your own life because you're stuck in a mine with some arrogant soldier who won't shut up about the war? That's the lamest motive I've seen."* I can't believe how dumb I am, but then again, why help pull her up with a gun?! She could just take it away when she gets back up or worse you won't even be there to pull her up (if the safety lock's off)!
