Gibi, the fact that you got a real cool looking lyre from a company in Greece, then took lessons from their online lyre academy courses to learn legitimate ancient Greek melodies to play on it and make this roleplay video feel as real as possible, well, is truly amazing 😀, it really shows how much effort you always put into these realistic roleplay videos, which makes them so good to watch, all the research, scripts, acting, sets, lighting, props, costumes and hairstyles, green-screen backgrounds, editing (thank you Vest 😊), everything, very well done, and as always, thank you, I'm glad your love for Hades and passion for ancient Greek story and mythology led to this 😌, the lyre sounded so relaxing.

As a history major who's absolutely OBSESSED with ancient greece. (well, and also Song Of Achilles is my favorite book of all time along with Circe) and tbh its so impressive that you actually got a lyre and stuck to the original version of the story in the Iliad as well as the details in the Song Of Achilles. This is one of my absolute most favorite roleplays of yours. Even though I know "I" (the character) is in pain, but for some reason knowing that's the case this is sooo comforting.
But 5:22 makes me a bit uncomfortable. Like "I love to hear your voice BUT CAN YOU FINISH FASTER PLEASE!?! AND NOT, YOU KNOW, TALK WITH YOUR INSTRUMENT IN ME?!?"

The myth is that the Mrymidons were a people destroyed and reconstituted from the industrious ants of the island. They were reknowned in mythical antiquity for their steadfast devotion to duty.

When he finally reached adulthood in the 1990s, he learned to understand basic concepts, like shapes and animals.

I experienced ASMR for the first time 40 or so years ago but now I’m glad there is a name for it, and I know I’m not alone. I always got chills and euphoria when I went on old house tours with my Dad and listened to the tour guides. I sought for many years ways to experience that rehearsed and quiet patter. If you could- a green screen historic home tour would be so amazing for me and I hope for others as well. Bi pride! 💜

Wow this is a whole new level of immersion and I love it. I finished Song of Achilles a few weeks ago and was sad for it to end but this feels like the story is still ongoing. So much work was put into this! Fantastic job!
This vid makes me realize how real these people are and how they interacted or at least how it felt. They interacted in the same way we do today, just not in the same society. It's so cool to visualize what it was like, but to feel it by senses; the smell of the grassy air with a hint of various smells coming from the medicine of their time, mabye the smell of u, I mean you did come from battle. But also the scent of the doctor or nurse, mabye a light breeze blowing through the openings in the tent, grazing across your skin. Mabye the taste of bitter from the medicine, but not a medicine you are used to. It's so real and something that literally happened between to individuals, someone have a life and another had one too but separate from the other until this moment and then whatever after, manye they become friends, mabye they never sew each other again, mabye the soldier stays for a few days to heal properly, who knows. But it did happen.

The beginning is super comforting It really has a way of making you feel safe💤😴
This vid makes me realize how real these people are and how they interacted or at least how it felt. They interacted in the same way we do today, just not in the same society. It's so cool to visualize what it was like, but to feel it by senses; the smell of the grassy air with a hint of various smells coming from the medicine of their time, mabye the smell of u, I mean you did come from battle. But also the scent of the doctor or nurse, mabye a light breeze blowing through the openings in the tent, grazing across your skin. Mabye the taste of bitter from the medicine, but not a medicine you are used to. It's so real and something that literally happened between to individuals, someone have a life and another had one too but separate from the other until this moment and then whatever after, manye they become friends, mabye they never sew each other again, mabye the soldier stays for a few days to heal properly, who knows. But it did happen.
I'm a high school English teacher and this was so great! The absolute joy of nerding out while being soothed. Love your creativity, Gibi!
