I was under the impression that when you rescued Steel, you also brough his mum home. If this is the case, what has happened to her? I hope she is alright It is so funny that Steel has enlisted Bubbles help to get off the bed. Steel will guard you when he gets older, but this will be his way of checking on you to make sure you are alright. Live long and prosper lovely family.

You did such a wonderful job saving little Steel! I've been a cat guardian all my life, and I'd just like to suggest that you be careful of offering you fingers and hands in front of his face. At this point he seems to view them as toys, and that may be why he's biting. You were very wise to let Bubbles teach him the appropriate amount of force to use during play, so you're not likely to get bitten hard, but it's best for Steel to get out of the habit of biting human flesh at all. And I hope you don't mind, but with the exception of your Sphinx who needs clothes for the warmth, in general, cats really dislike being dressed up. But, you may have gotten your kitties used to it, so you know best. I was lucky to get a figure-8 harness on ONE of my cats. The others would just tip over...LOL. Again, I really applaud how hard you worked to raise a newborn kitty! You truly are his mom. [Oh, before I forget, what appears to be drooling in his sleep could just be his suckling on the fabric for comfort.]
