Chasing the Permanente Local Featuring: SD40 Locomotives!

The Tuesday before last, I found myself chasing the Permanente Local once more. This time, the train had a great lash up of two SD40N's and a GP22T4. I chased the train from Campbell to Cupertino and back.

Do they normally run at a certain time or how do you know when to catch them?
