The cheesecake is so soft and jiggly! So different from the dense and heavy American cheesecakes. I've never tried a fresh one like this, I've only had the prepackaged ones like in convenience stores (they have some Japanese snacks at the Korean grocery here). We have those kinds of hard candies here in the west too! In the UK, they sell them as a long sticks rather than cut them, and in the US you only really see them around Christmas or from specialty candy stores. There's a shop in Florida that has a youtube channel called Lofty Pursuits that has a lot of videos of them making similar candy, I think you might like them! Thank you again for your videos! I was very excited about the cheesecake, until i saw the raisins, i hate raisins. But the other sweets i wanna try someday when i visit Japan, Osaka is a Japanese city that is in my list to know.

Once it cools down, it has a firm, rich flavor similar to a baked cheesecake. Please give it a try 😊 I'm glad you enjoyed it! !

A cheesecake is defined as a cake containing soft cheese, eggs and sugar, all of which this cheesecake contains. A crust is, according to the definition, not necessary to make it a cheesecake.
