I boil all of my water and let it cool then I grate fresh ginger and refrigerate the Bootle overnight and drain the grated ginger and throw it away. This is a very refreshing drink with a mild ginger taste. It cleanes the liver and kidneys and is delicious.

I kinda left off with supplements that are artificial, unless it's like added to foods like cereals, and juices. I think your system gets used to artificial supplements. I think it's better to take less artificial supplements then cut then out. You can find many vitamins in red rooibos African tea, I mix that with a natural sweetener stevia leaf 🌿, I get mine from Glenbrook Farms. Garlic and onion powder I may add these to my foods too. Of course fruits and veggies.

i can vouch for the following:
1- dandelion and turmeric tea (please add a pinch of fresh ground pepper to make the curcumin absorb better). DO NOT add sugar or sweetener.
    2- alpha lipoic acid
    3- n acetylcystiene
    4- keto diet
5- castor oil pack for the kidneys
    6- garlic tincture
7- cayenne pepper tea. DO NOT add sugar or sweetener.
    8-magnesiium supplement.
9- epsom salt bath ( no shorter than 40 mins to absorb the magnesium through the skin)
    from stage 3b to 2.

My Daughter passed away in March 2022. After her passing my health took a turn for the worse. I am diabetic, after she passed my blood sugar levels were out of control. A1C has been as high as 14+. I have recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure, & my kidney function is low 36% and that is the function in both kidneys. I have had urinary tract infection, bladder and kidney infection. I take antibiotics and 3-4 days after I finish my antibiotics the infection is back. I have been hospitalized for mersa , pancreatitis, kidney stones and infections over the past year. I feel extremely tired, difficulty sleeping, nauseous after eating. I am seeing a nephrologist, urologist, and now a cardiologist. Thank you for ll your Information.

We need salt. Now, having said that what's important is the type of salt. Ionized white table salt is not good for anyone. Pink himalayan, celtic sea salt, as well as gray and/or white mediterranean sea salt the body needs.
Ionized salt has minerals stripped from it, some are bleached and then iodine is added. The other salts mentioned have essential minerals the body needs to function with naturally occurring iodine. These salts hold and maintain the fluid levels in the body as well as providing electrolytes so as not to dehydrate the body or cause extra fluid to collect in the body, like regular cheap table salt. These salts also have a much better taste. The cheap salts also have anti-caking agents in them.

I have almost stage 4. I only eat 3 g of salt per day and low potassium foods, no meat no fish. My nephrologist is very happy so I am too. Consider this - most home baking allowed! With Unsalted butter, soy milk soy Greek yoghurt is so good. I have afternoon smoothie every day - favorite celery leaves, pure cranberry juice. spoon of strawberry jam for sweetness, frozen strawberries, soy milk. Helps with fatigue. I live in France so it is so hard to be surrounded by food I love but shouldn’t eat but I can now it is just a routine. I am always looking for dinner recipes.

Look into nettle tea. A cup of water brought just to boiling poured over a strainer of 2 tablespoons of organic tea leaves. Cover and let steep for 15 minutes. Then put the strainer with the soaked leaves into a 2nd cup and put into the fridge for the next day. Nettle is low in oxalates, high in magnesium, alkalizes the body, and will count toward your water intake.

Wonder why it's important to check with your doctor before modifying your diet for the better. When was the last time your doctor gave you any meaningful dietary instructions? They'll be glad to prescribe a pharmaceutical before they tell what to put into your diet. Shame on them.

I’m so confused, I read comments and listen to this guy at the same time and they all clash. Not just a little bit a lot. Everyone do your own research and ask your doctor. And after you ask your doctor, if you can ask another because some docs will just rush through and take you good or even decent health for granted by not giving you a honest scientific answer. When I was young my doc said almost everything was ok, now that I’m older I make sure I take my time and look my doctors right in the eyes and talk to them so they know I’m not playing around and I’m very serious about my health, because I want to live a long life. Even if it is a little simple question, little things can be so huge at the end of the day! Don’t be scared to google and read studies, when I google I go straight for scientific studies and don’t waste my time with other literature.....even tho some are really good I just don’t have time to waste with looking things up that don't have studdied results to back up the answer.

I know this is an old comment, but it is an excellent one. I have never seen so much conflicting medical information as researching the prevention of kidney stones. This video in particular is recommending many foods (and tea) that contain high oxalates that actually CAUSE kidney stones. It's very disconcerting. And yes, my doctor (actually a PA) has been far less than helpful.
