Thanks for another brilliant tutorial! Can you do this move barefoot/wearing any kind of shoe or is there like a special custom shoe that you'd recommend? Also the moves at 7:43 and 7:47 were sick! Would love some tips on how to do those...

You are welcome :-) Bare foot is no problem and most shoes are fine, though shoes with chunky tongues, like some skate shoes, will make things harder. The trick with the knee is on my list and you can learn the foot stalls in First Contact.
