Dito kasi ako nakatira sa bf ko, now, kaming dalawa ang magbabakasyon ng Pinas which is first time nya magtravel to Pinas 1 month lang naman kami ng Pinas ano po bang dapat gawin namin di tulad noon bili lang ng ticket ayos na lately mahigpit at paiba iba ang system. On the 365th day of my stay in the Philippines (as a former Filipino who availed of the balikbayan privilege), If I were to leave the Philippines for Taiwan and then return back to the Philippines the next day, can I avail for ANOTHER YEAR of balikbayan privilege? Is this repeatable every year (leave the country on day 365 and then come back next day). Thank you po.

Hi Jocelyn do we still need an Etravel exit documents when exiting Philippines?
Foreign passport holders are not required to do Etravel when exiting PH.
Only Filipinos need etravel when departing Philippines.
Nagpapa presco lang mga iyan , ang sistema sa atin ang culture na padulas,if not papahirapan ka nila. So many unrelevant forms of questioning.

Would be better in English. My wife is a Filipino citizen and has a university degree from Siliman, but her Tagalog is not very fluent. Visayan is her mother-tongue and her English is fluent. Tagalog is only her third language she told me and she tries to avoid using it when communicating with other Filipinos. She prefers English then.

Filipino po akonat US citizens na at passport ko eh US passport na. Dadalhin ko rin po ba ang Philippine passport ko? Pero di maman ako dual citizen. Sobra namang higpit at bakit naman di gawing system yong dati bili ka ng ticket at passport mo ayos.
If you bring your old PH passport, you can avail of Balikbayan privilege giving you 1 year visa free stay. If you don’t bring it, you are only eligible to stay for 30days visa free.

It will be maximum of one year.
