Pop in one is great thanks! But just a tip, don't use auto bezier and if you're doing single word captions then only skip 2 frames after each keyframe instead of 3.
i subd you are doing great job brother I don't know if you even see my comment if you can please teach me how to pop only one word in a sentence for example if I want to say, I want a POWER boost and I want the word (power) to pop up when I say it please sir I tried the whole youtube but couldn't find it

For now in Premiere you can only set the "characters" and "time on screen" to the lowest (when generating captions), which will result in shorter/one-word caption graphics...and/or cut manually at each new word. There are also plugins I'm sure.

select all the clips, go to edit, then select "remove attributes" - this will reset all your text to its original un-animated state.
