THIS REALLY WORKS! To clean your glass boards use the cheap hand-sanitizer from the dollar store---use just a little and wipe off with paper towel. This tip is from TIM himself. I use this tip ALOT.
I wouldn't be without my desk top vacuum, I've never seen another person use one until today. Love the dynamic between you three, I always press the thumbs up as instructed but I mean it too. Liz innthe UK
Yes! I agree that the first thing that came to mind wall paper books! I remember playing with them for doll houses too! Plus when my daughter was young and I have Girl Scout troop we made lots of crafts from old wall paper books.. I think that’s how my love for paper crafting started lol!
I LOVE THE GLASS BOARD. FROM THIS SIDE OF THE SCREEN IT GIVES MORE OF A 3D VIEW. MUCH MORE DEPTH AND CLARITY! i AM GOING TO GET A PIECE. THE CARD IS BEAUTIFUL AND YOU DO SO WELL PUTTING ITEMS TOGETHER. REBECCA FROM FL
That's right Vinnie, it's just paper, you get more joy out of using it than sitting it on the shelf and when you recycle the scraps they can make more pretty papers for you to put on your shelf. Vinnie you are a wise man. And I love your laugh too.
I love the French floral and any vintage looks in paper. I will check out this Mintay paper pack. Also, I love the glass mat. I think it works well. I do see a little shadow, but once you start to crafting, it is no longer an issue. I think I will check out that glass mat as well.
When I get in you tube to watch scrapbook videos, my hubby comes by my scrapbook room and says " that's may may". You are his favorite and he likes to watch you with me. He always wants to know what video you have on. Lol
Beautiful! I love the glass mat; I can not see a glare at all. I turn my border punches upside down when I punch. I can see exactly where is punched and where is not punched.
The Mintay paper reminds me of the wallpaper sample books my parents had when I was a child. My sisters and brother and I used them as carpeting and wall coverings on the cardboard Barbie houses we built. We were financially poor but rich in imagination and creativity. I would love to have those books now...what lovely greeting cards I could make! God is so very good!
I remember when you could go to stores that sold wall paper and they would give you the last season’s books for free. I tried a few years back and they were selling them way too expensively. I would love to find some vintage books at estate sales.
When the kids were little and we were in our 20s. I used the wall paper books for scrapbooking! I could not believe that I got the book with all of Mary Engelbreit's wallpapers and borders!
I finally got to watch the show. I've done that so many times, it adds so much texture. I have to say I never thought to flip the paper. I will be trying that tip. Love the mintay paper. Need to get some in my stash
I bought a Tim Holtz glass mat not long after they came out. I love it. It came with some dandy tools. It would be great to have another glass mat for my other desk!
Maymay, you’re amazing! Ty for sharing. God Bless 😊

My Mom use to make all kinds of stuff out of those wall paper books. Cards. Ornaments. She wallpapered my doll house. Little paper fans.
When the kids were little and we were in our 20s. I used the wall paper books for scrapbooking! I could not believe that I got the book with all of Mary Engelbreit's wallpapers and borders!
Stunning
Mainstay paper is always so beautiful. I tend to keep it instead of using it. Thanks for showing the mat. I want one and can't decide what to buy.
It's Mintay
I got a white one back last year in that size, and I love it. It is so smooth and untextured - and it mixes media perfectly.

I cut out for my paper dolls clothes from the Sears Catalog “Fabrics” section that looked like these prints. Oh my! That was close to 65 years ago.
I finally got to watch the show. I've done that so many times, it adds so much texture. I have to say I never thought to flip the paper. I will be trying that tip. Love the mintay paper. Need to get some in my stash
