Funny, I like this little folio. I did the same thing you did to this before I saw this version. I also took the second flap and scored at a half inch and added a flip to the left of the pocket on the left. I have had fun with this. I made 5 bases yesterday, and don't know what paper I will use to decorate, but the bases are ready!

I loved this for my 6x8 Folios but tonight I revisited this video and cut it down for those 6x6 papers because I needed something that used 8.5x11 paper for the base. ❤❤ Y'all are amazing!
I still make my some of my Vinnie's Vittles recipe's. Love them. Some of them I tweaked just a little but they are good.

I love the pre made album and just add your paper. I used to make album and pages and decorate with paper and would take so long. Love the pre made albums, time saver
I need something just about like this, only I need to be able to put a waterfall in it, so not sure this would be quite thick enough. LOVE that you can slap those 6x8 papers on though...just really need to be able to have it thick enough to be able to put in a waterfall. If anyone has any ideas on her others that would use the 6x8 papers and be thick enough for a waterfall, let me know! I've never made a folio, but have been wanting to...if I can just find the perfect one for what I'm needing it for for this first try. LOVE these folio video's, just haven't had much time to get through to many of them yet. Thanks for making them though!

fold the paper AWAY from the scored side, makes it easier.
On Vinnie's Vittles, just have to say that adding milk to my grandmothers sausage ball recipe saved the day! I always thought it should have some liquid in the recipe, but she always said no... What a difference it made!

This is so beautiful I actually made this one but by the time I added photos (12), one magnet wouldn’t hold the folio closed. I had to add 2 more magnets. I guess i should have used a larger magnet.

Yes, they are amazing. Yet, I would like to have a slightly larger gusset, especially when embellishments and photos are added.
May May. I tightened up the measurements a tad. The two 8- 1/4 by 11's I made 8- 1/4 by 10 -3/4. Then I scored 2- 5/8 and 8- 3/4 and 9 instead. Just makes the 6 x 8 pages fit even better by tightening it up by quarter inch. 😊

Just made 6 blanks to decorate at a later date and to my surprise there ia only the 1/4 srips going to the trash, my cut offs of rhe 6.25 pages will make inserts (doo hickies) for the both pockets. Wow no waste at all

If I want to make some of these folios, do I need a 12x12 scoring board or can I use a smaller one i.e. 8x6 or 6x6?
