I just ordered my Symphony desktop. Can't wait! Quick question: Would you recommend that plugin bundle for someone recording vocals (singing)? Your talking voice as well as mine are similar in tone and bass, but obviously when I'm singing it'll be louder and higher pitched. Thoughts?
If you plan to sing live (on stream) or you just want to streamline the editing, then yes I thinks it’s worth it. Otherwise you can just eq and compress during your mixing.
I'm very new to recording myself, and I'm planning on getting the Apogee interface to pair with my Neumann u87ai. How much would you charge me to remotely set the right EQ and preamp for my voice and music genre? Thank you
Can you save all of the settings you do in the software for the pre-amp, mic settings etc. in the emulators? If yes, you could share the settings between different users right?
yes you can, there is a save as option that will save the settings preset to your desktop, you can then open it on a different computer with the apogee control 2 software into your FX rack
I just got my symphony desktop but I'm unable to register it on their website. It keeps telling me i have an invalid serial number when its not. Did you have this problem at all? Any ideas? Thanks :)
@@bluesinamajor no, some of the newer ones haven’t made it through apogees registration portal or something like that. Thats what they said when i reached out.
