One disturbing visual is your illustration of being at the top of the backswing with the club shaft vertical about one foot outside the right ankle line. This is a very good guide for positioning the club shaft on plane in the early downswing as you demonstrate. What is missing from the the top of the backswing position is the stationary position of your lower body that has remained relatively stable. At the top of the backswing there must already have been a lateral rotational slide of the hips as illustrated in many step drills including your own by the time one reaches the top of the backswing. This position of the lower body is ignored /omitted /made absent entirely in an otherwise excellent video.
