You are a breath of fresh air. It can be really depressing on the facebook groups. I was like you for the first year, so positive. but Ive had a few months where it seems to have hit me hard. Im on my way back to positivity, your vídeo really helped.

Oo luv 12 years and counting please don't get down on your self this is very hard and most people think we look fine but we walk in pain every day. Give your self a much needed day of care just for you .realize we are just getting open. But maybe hot tea and a bubble bath with nice music just let the stresses of life go may god bless you remember your so strong

I'm 27 and have all the symptoms of RA. I'm also asthmatic and this plays a large role in treating my symptoms. As a young seemingly healthy adult there are so many social stigmas that make daily life harder. Alot of people harbor resentment towards younger patients because we exhibit less obvious indications of pain or flare ups. That alone can cause even small social interactions to be anxiety inducing, which increases cortisol and makes the RA worse as well.. Thanks for shedding a small spotlight on balancing life with RA!

You are right I always think the same way today it might not be my day but tomorrow it’s a different story. I enjoy every day I can and rest on the others 💙💙wish you health

RA can treat to recover. but it needs time and pay expenses cost. Arthron 5 is a Canadian natural licensed product can help you slowly recover at the end. further information please ask this product producer. the synthetic medicine can not help recover that is true. but this one can help.
