The best skit was definitely Magilou's. :p
RIP Rokurou and Magilou. LOL XD

My favorite thing about Eizen is how deadly serious he is about the most lighthearted stuff.
The Red Mage
I like the fact that Eizen is both obliviously and purposefully funny.
Like sometimes he's just comically serious, other times he knows exactly what he's doing.
That’s why he’s the absolute best
Velvet is such a mom
The Red Mage A DAMN Good One At That
The Red Mage she's an aunt
And that's damn sexy.
All men are instinctively attracted to women who make great mothers.
That's why I love Velvet
True
When you know Magilou's backstory, her cooking for the group is really sweet.
I'm starting to see why eizen's crew died around him...
The skits are the lifeblood for characters in this game. Just finished it and I really enjoyed em. Plenty of voice acting too.
Narrator: In this week’s episode of Kitchen Nightmares, Gordon visits a pirate with a horrible curse and even more horrible ingredients to his surprisingly tasty dishes that nearly killed his team.
*After ******9:55*
Chef Ramsey: Everybody.....STOP! Stop eating your dishes! This man has cooked a puffer fish without knowing how to properly. We are going to have to stop your dinner. Sorry....
Narrator: Is there a treasure buried somewhere within the pirate’s cooking talent or is another curse he can’t break? Find out now!
So Laphi, A generally great cook, Rokurou is a chopping GOD, Magilou is... Magilou's lovely craziness, Eleanor leaned how to alter the recipes yet is still Eleanor and Eizen.... Well, the Reaper's curse strikes again.
I lost it at Rokurou's cooking
I Think This Is One Of The Few Tales Of Cast That *DOESNT* Have A Bad Cook, Intentional Or Not, This Is A Godsend For These Guys
Edit: Who Ever Was The Idea To Put The Skit Rewatchs In A Place That's So F'ing Annoying Needs To Get Fired
I really like rokuro and Eleanor together, they have good chemistry.
I’m glad I’m not the only who thinks so
Velvet's cooking story is the saddest...and I can sort of emphasize with her now that I've had Covid.
*Within the first 40 seconds of watching*
IGNIS, I DISCOVERED A NEW COOKING STYLE FOR YOUR NEXT NEW RECIPE!!
*I'VE COME UP WITH A NEW RECIPE!*
...is this the only game where none of the party members are horrible cooks?? Has Namco evolved!? lol
This and persona 5.
@@dylanpalton3331 Thank God
@@BardockSkywalkeryeah, last thing we need is the return of mystery food x.
I wouldnt call Rokuro a good cook. With his cutting tendencies.
I think Eizan is the horrible cook here not because of bad taste or no taste but rather for cooking with lethal ingredients!!!
And Rokurou and Magilou were never heard from again...
Rokurou was hilarious, as always, across the board, the man is just a gem. And Magilou's skit had a surprisingly wholesome ending, like, I was really shocked at how sweet that conclusion was! Just one question about Eizen's skit, though…um…did they die…? They can't have died…that's not how the story ends…but like…
They don't die. Don't worry.
I think they thought something bad would happen to them and couldn't handle Eizen using potentially dangerous ingredients.
I loved the Magilou skit.
Strange...how can Velvet be a taste tester if she can't taste anything when trying Magilou's cooking? :o Plot hole!!!!
Lol Magilou prolly just had her test it so she can mess with her and Eleanor
That's Magilou alright lol.
That's a good point.
Lyseolia but, if you had Magilou cook from the start of the game you could've gotten this skit very early on so I don't think that makes sense either.
I think Velvet could tell by just looking at the food, she's a chef too. You can learn a lot by just looking at things like the shade of color, consistency and how well cooked it is. Like when rice sticks incredibly well... that's a sign you either haven't cooked it well enough or you used too much water (believe me, I have learned from my mistakes). After all, she just says she's surprised it's good after hearing the comments of Phi and Eleanor.
Ah, but if it's somehow a plot hole I could forgive it. You're bound to make mistakes after hundreds of lines of dialogue *and* I love this game. :P
This video is great and thank you for posting this but the constant Katz music in the background is hellish
I think i can hear real human conversation going on at 5:01 its so light but its there to headphone userz
Good catch lol. You can't hear it unless you wear headphones. I didn't notice it before.
@Hasin dx i notice it too lol
You weren't alone. Are you?
I’m not hearing headphones but I can hear it

What was said: "...adjustment to taste"
Text: "...a judgement to tate"
Still better than YT caption though. "...a defense to paste"
Unfortunately, It seems that the localization programmers had to utilize audio-to-text software to finish all the subtitles on time which lead to errors like that. You'd think it'd be able to pick up "mush" before "rooms" but it ended up only picking up "shrooms"...
They rip all of the dialogue from the game, use it to create scripts for the voice actors, then programmers have to manually replace all the text and audio with translated ones. They had issues with the final step, but the voice actors are all reading off of the finished script.
yeah...there are indeed typos in the dialogues :o
It was fine for the most part but the last quarter of the game was down right atrocious in terms of typos...
true
Lol FREEST doesn't even sound close to "Prized"
Why do I even bother it’s like trying to reason with a brick wall 😂 oh how my sweet Magilou always makes me laugh
Never played this game, the video was randomly in the recommendations, and I'm really happy that it was. These characters are so charming.
1:00 Laphicet is so precious
2:20 Shit this sounds like my relationship with low level programming
I for one believe that Velvet is the best chef
Your video keeps cutting in and out
