Well basically almost every fitness instructor UA-camr is automatically offering their vids for free lol. And technically you gotta pay for internet lol. But still Cassie always generous

Those up up down down planks are the stuff of my nightmares, right alongside falling from great heights and killer clowns. P.S. Just recently passed my 50th day of working out everyday!

Rightttt. I had to warm up before the warm up.
My initial thoughts when I tried this workout today was.."Hmm.. Cassey is not making us jump at all?? Even for plank jacks!? This one must be easy" .. 15 mins and I was so dead!! And I thought to myself "why do I keep underestimating Cassey!? When has she ever let us off easy 😭 " it's like I never learn ..
I had the same thought!! I was like "Huh for a cardio workout this isn't too bad" then we got to all the planking 😅 Cassey luring us all into a false sense of security 🤣
My body has been hurting like crazy. Anyone experienced the same? Please like to encourage me continue this challenge. Thanks and love you.
Mine has too! I woke up and really considered getting out of bed. The stronger you get the more it will go away :) You're doing great!

Really sore too... I recently did a Chloe Ting 2 week challenge and she has a great cooldown stretch video that may help. I think I'm going to incorporate it. :) Not to detract some Cassey. Love her!!!
Getting a foam roller helps my sore muscles a lot! If it's a muscle hurt, that's a good thing! It means you're getting stronger! You got this!
my legs are so sore... I have pain squatting down to the toilet but that means it's working and the pain will go away but the will stay!

Tbh I kind of felt emotional when she said that. It was something so small but so encouraging that I definitely needed to hear.
Me I was like: **groan* im not a hot girl *groan** LOL
There was a time when I couldn't get through one of Cassie's short workouts but now, I can totally get through a long one and add a short one just for the hell of it. This year marks my seventh year of my fitness journey and I just love how working out became a part of who I am today. Cassie is one of those who inspire me along with Jillian Michaels to become the best version of myself because as Jillian says, why'd you choose failure when success is an option, right? If I can do it, you can do it!

Cassey was asking about changing her hair. I say curtain bangs would be cute and you can blend them out easier if you don't want to commit to straight chop bangs. I love your videos! My best friend and I have bonded over the workouts for 7 years!

You can add wrist or ankle weights to all of her exercises. Bands can be added too. 😊

I'm so behind already lol but I mean I am starting to get back into the mindset of things after I finished chemo last month. Breast Cancer free and ready to start feeling better again! I love the meal plan, looks fun and delicious, might be able to get my kids and husband to join me as well with the eating anyways. haha

THIS VIDEO IS PERFECTION!! Definitely a new absolute favorite! Pilates cardio is my absolute favorite sport and I am so grateful that you introduced it to me (still love hiit, piit, pilates, but cardio pilates is the mvp). LOVE the new moves, good old moves, the addition of bands and the overall composition of the workout! Also, you´d look absolutely amazing with bangs!

I’m on my 4th day and doing this one today. Started on Sunday. I did arm’s yesterday because I felt like I had to give my legs some rest. Thank you Cassey . This is just what I needed to get me motivated. I’m already down 5 lbs. 🙌🏼

My lower body, thighs especially, were super sore from yesterday's leg workout, so I was relieved when she said our legs would get a rest for this one. Except...they didn't. With the exception of core, which can take daily workouts, it's not the best idea to have back-to-back lower body (or upper body) days. Those muscles need a chance to recover and rebound so you need that day off in between. Her Day 4 Arms workout should have been on deck for today/Day 3 and the Cardio Glow Up on deck for tomorrow/Day 4. I will be changing up the order of the workouts for this challenge going forward to get the most out of each workout. I still love and appreciate Cassey's workouts, especially the fact that they are free, but just something to consider for a future challenge.
I'm in Finland so after finishing my work day I kept refreshing the page to start the work out! I'm so excited for #hotgirlsummersculpt Thank you, Cassey!
