  • As many of you guys know, I followed a plant based diet for the past 6 week and I lost so much weight. In 6 weeks, I went from 207.4 pounds to 190.8 pounds. What a transformation?! In today's video, I will be doing weight loss update week 6! Can y'all believe it has been 6 weeks, already?! I am 17 pounds down and I couldn't be happier. I started my weight loss journey on Oct. 5, 2020 and this video was filmed on Nov 16, 2020.
    For my weight loss journey, I focus on remaining stress free, getting enough sleep, eating plant-based, and getting adequate exercise.

    You look great. I'm starting my own weightloss journey. I have to do it with food only right now because my knees are both bad (will be having surgery soon on both) so that limits me as far as working out.

      Swimming, swimming aerobics is excellent for you since it's easy on the joints, bones, knees, ankles, etc. So much resistance

    Girl congrats!!! You totally killed it!!! Would definitely love to see “what you eat in a day” videos. I really need to find an accountability partner for nutrition. I can’t seem to stay consistent more than a few days.

I’m an “all or nothing” person, but giving myself the grace to start with 3 days and then work my way up is way better than no days or giving up on myself after a “bad” day.     I'm 5'9 at 207 pounds and want to get down to the 155-160 pound range, I just had a baby 5 months ago (baby #3) and i suffer with migraines so I figured try changing my diet first before I try any medications for it. I just subscribed ❤

    Yes Eating fruits and vegetables is a healthy lifestyle! But meat is not fattening it’s the high dose of sugar and salt added to it that causes weight gain ! U look awesome tho 🎉
