For the phase issue I personally use lfo tool after the processing chain. Just need to enter the latency and use jt with 1/4 and make a volume shape whit the first 1/16 down. To smooth it up and prevent clicks I use 1- 2 % smooth at lfo tool. Ifo tool for me a better way than sidechaining with a compressor
Thanks, this really helped my kick and bass improve !
so helpful! thanks for great advices
Wow. I've had no idea this was important. Genius
Short and precise... Nice 👍
Great m4l, always killah tutorials Ollie!

Straigth forward,thanks.
Propre la dynamique de la vidéo ! Très intéressant !
Merci @fractalasm :)
❤
Bro this is ancient news
Nice one👊...how much db lesser is the first bass note compared to the other two
I honestly can't tell, I set it by ear because it's groove related
Can I use it as VST in Reason?
Hi, thanks for the video. One question, it looks like the baseline notes have a small delay since their transients are not on the lines. Is this a groove decision or are these other effects?
This is a consequence of the phase dispersion caused by the multiband crossovers, in this case from Saturn
@triaswinter296 as @BappinProductions said :)
Many thanks Ollie for the video. Can you please tell me what the black device is on the right side of you?
I think you're talking about my Push1 :)
@@olliepsy I mean right side of sccreen. The black device with red knobs.
@@timetraveller2045 that would be the Manatee by Fred's Lab fredslab.net/en/manatee-module.php
This is a pre production unit (If I'm not mistaken the final product will be lighter in color), I'm one of the beta testers & sound desingers of the project :)
@@olliepsy Awesome machine! Thank you!
