Hey I have a quick thing to say if I post everyday or every time isn’t it annoying or am I absolutely wrong pls correct me someone I am also into fitness and I wanna do this rn I am a rookie pls lmk
If you have content to post every day that is thoughtful and informative, then post every day. If you don't really have 7 days worth of content for a week, try to post every other day so 3-4 times a week. Quality content will always be more important than volume. Instagram used to be a volume game years ago, back when everyone's feeds were in chronological order, but not anymore.
Great video thankyou. I have a personal IG account and I have my Personal training IG account. Am I better to just use the one or keep wth what I'm doing?
I believe having both is a great idea. that way if someone stumbles upon one of the accounts and really likes them they might be inclined to check out the other. Having them separated like that really helps have a clear vision of what the account is about and will lead to more engagement.
Great content I just subscribed to your channel. I was totally glued to my phone listening to your tips 😂 I'm a fitness instructor in Nigeria I already have a personal account with randon stuff and my workout videos with only 200 followers Do I need to open another instagram account and apply these tips account just for my personal fitness
Thanx dude well done and informative. I have been in the fitness industry for decades, yes decades. My market is 30 + men and women who when younger were athletes and want to get back into fitness. 1st I need to find those people on Instagram and 2nd I need to apply your suggestions...any tips for me that relate directly to my situation...Thankx in advance....
Great video! very insightful and helpful. I am definitely interested if you could make a vid to elaborate a bit more on the # subject. Thanks for sharing.
Definitely! Niching down will show people that the account is specifically on a certain topic and will have people more inclined to follow. If you post fitness stuff along with videos of you building a shed for example, people might be turned off from that.
I liked the tip on filming 7 different shots in one workout so you have content to post for the next day. I am finding having a new UA-cam channel and new to social media that I have to use my time as effectively as possible to grow each platform. I would love some ideas on what you would recommend someone's first 12 posts should post on their new fitness account if they have 0 pics/videos? And when do you post still pictures and not videos on Instagram? Thanks for the video.
With regards for your first posts on your account I would keep these two principles. 1. Post what YOU want to post 2. Post content someone would find enjoyable/informative Be sure the content is stuff you enjoy talking about, and that people will take something away from (a.k.a. your post provides VALUE) I would post a wide array of fitness content. Then once you have your 12 initial posts, see which ones received the most likes, comments, shares and saves to determine the best performing ones. With regards to video or pictures. Videos do better more often than pictures, but video takes more time and effort to edit and post.
@@ConstantlyVariedFitness Okay thanks. So if I want to start off highlighting my workouts then I would just tape short videos of maybe 4-5 different workouts and then show a few different exercises within that one workout day so it's a total of 4 workouts with 12 different exercises?
@@ConstantlyVariedFitness What captions are best used to get more views? How many hashtags should one use? You mentioned when using hashtags don’t go after the million views but less than a certain number. Is their a particular formula one should use to calculate?
Early on within the caption adding a question or something that will get people to share their thoughts or experiences work best. Comments go a long way with helping your post fest more engagement overall. Just go by feel on hashtags. I would do a post with around 10 hashtags, then when you put up your next post do 10 totally different hashtags and see how they perform. Learn which hashtags your posts do well with and which ones they do too hot with.
Nope, you'll just get drowned out by everyone else using those hashtags. You want to find those special ones that are getting used frequently, but not by everyone.
This is so mentally draining, this takes the energy away from me performing the craft and being creative honestly. Like you literally use up all the time and energy producing pictures and videos smh….. I’m gonna need to get my money up to pay someone I need to save my mental creativity for the actual craft at hand
Comment your most beneficial tip, and what you would like to see in the next video!

Very good information Huddie! Do you have any suggestion for UA-cam?
Still learning a lot about UA-cam. Maybe in the near future I'll make a video talking about some tips for it.
Thanks for info Hud!
Of course!
Love the carousel 🎠 tip!!
Great information. Thanks 😊
Happy to hear it was helpful!
@@ConstantlyVariedFitness Definitely! 🤗
Hashtag video please!
Do you think a 2nd account for fitness is needed or is it better using your own personal account ?
Definitely! Niching down will show people that the account is specifically on a certain topic and will have people more inclined to follow. If you post fitness stuff along with videos of you building a shed for example, people might be turned off from that.
Superrrrr helpful
Happy to hear it was! 😁
I need to find a good name to get started with a themepage
what if i dont want to be seen ? like i post pics and tips only. it works too no ?
It can, but it's been proven that people engage more when faces are seen.

Interesting , I thought using saturated # would get more chances of views

Brooo this shit is difficult man
Once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature.
@@ConstantlyVariedFitness thanks bro!
