      sorry G if contrasting Patricks decency, diligence, skill and ingenuity against those that use UA-cam to shill and pimp for personal financial reward distresses you. I have watched every one of Patrick´s video and he´s the guy that you can count on to show you how to modify a sewing machine or make a tree camping set up because he wants to share and help others ...he´s not pimping anything, never has and I doubt he ever would as the bloke has integrity. I will always prefer to call things as they are and if that means some hurt feelings for shills and pimps so be it...give it a try...it works well.

      Rather than moan about ads whilst watching videos for free you could pay up to stop the ads if they bring you such terrible distress rather than desire Pat stops monetization because you are having such great pain from one or 2 ads! I am quite happy to ignore a couple of ads when a content creator has shared their knowledge with me for free. I am happy for Pat to make a couple of bucks from monetization to help compensate him for his work and knowledge...more power to him.

    I am old enough to remember how Great Britain was sort of infamous for having horrible food- and now here sits a man in a patch of woods enjoying lovely delicious-looking baked goods from a camping oven he designed and built himself......it's a wonderful thing altogether!

      @patrickdickinson6492  5 років тому

    The Fantabuelistic Mr Patrick. Inventive, brave, rebel with loads of clues. It's nice to see that you can do that without hassle from people. One wandering land owner and it would be,..... trespassing, breaking and entering, carrying a weapon. Having a flame in a wooded area and all the other stupidness the law provides us with, destroying the innocence of a peaceful act. Good on you sir for going into sealed tunnels, camping where you want(without disrupting or damaging anything) and showing us all small worlds we wouldn't of otherwise seen. You sir, are my hero. 👍

      Pat, you need to patent your pizza oven in Europe and the US. Do not make a "how to" video or give people the plans for this oven! I highly encourage you to speak with a patent lawyer about that immediately. That is a fantastic design. I recommend you do that before selling these to people on the internet. Also you may want to consider toughening the shelves a bit. Look at appliance hot surface warning labels and duplicate it and laser etch the label onto the surface. Create an assembly instruction sheet with legal information. Consult with a lawyer about all that. Pat, do all of this to protect your rights. Believe me Pat, you have a fantastic kit there. Once you are sure your rights are secured, you can do a crowdfunding on gofundme to raise the capital to bring it to market. I WANT ONE! That kit is beautiful.

    Great back to nature expiation, handy little oven that. Last time I did a bivvy camp was when I was in the Scouts in the 80's!

    Fantastic as always Pat. You must try a good Sottish tattie scone. My easy way is cold left over boiled potatoes add a third of the weight of the tatties in flour add any cooking oil just enough to bond it together like the pizza dough. Dry fry on both sides till just browned. this is my favourite base. Or cook through with eggs and bacon in the morning. Cheers Pat and all the best.

      @@thebigchip Yes, but if you'd paid attention, you would've noticed the bird feeders were emptied during Pat's stay. Pretty sure Pat removed them when he left.

      akwalek akwalek if you had paid attention Pat said he had filled the feeder some days previous, 16:10 probably on the scouting trip. And yes he probably took them home. I did think it odd taking a feeder in to the wild. Normally a garden thing.
      Watching it again did make me very hungry. Such dedication in vlogging. Thanks Pat

    That oven is a doozy Pat, I need one in my life! I'd like one that could act like the titanium bush box I've got using small twigs and small processed logs. Cracking video buddy, thankyou.

    Hi Pat. Another awesome video you've pulled out of the hat !. Your talents and ingenuity know no bounds - if I can't buy it here then I'll make my own; fantastic attitude and a true "leading by example" role model. The oven really looks and does the biz but I noticed you'd forgotten the oregano with your pizza :-). Often wish I was back in the UK when I watch your videos but happy to put up with the heat and humidity out here all year round in Kuala Lumpur. Have recently discovered a couple of local wild camping channels out here and whilst nothing like the quality of your videos, it's opened my eyes to some stunning jungle treks and places to explore outside of the city..
    Happy baking. ATB from KL
