kuantan is named for the kingdom of kuantan which is also known as inderagiri and it is located in central sumatra province. the name is because a penghulu from the kingdom of kuantan came to live in pahang's capital and the people of the town renamed the town kuantan after this penghulu and his family who came with him. before the coming of this penghulu and his family, the capital of pahang was known as teruntum. the descendants of this penghulu are not only found in kuantan but all over pahang.

I love the channel, and these are the comments from an older generation, but speaking when your mouth is full of food is a cultural no no for me. My mother would have given me a good whack to the head if I had tried. Finish the mouthful and then speak. Perhaps try a little smiling at the camera and editing to your comments.
