And we also like to balance out with down time to avoid burnout. Been nice to take things slower and get to experience each place for longer.

    That river cruise looks so fun. Really cool you were able to go with other UA-cam friends. Collabing with other creators is one of my favorite thing to do. That sunset looks so nice. But hell no to that crocodile. One of my recurring dreams, and the crocodile is the one that always wins.

    Cendol air putih 😛 most pippin place aye - Yes the santan would be incredibly prominent , but that durian is such a bonus treat - is it normal in malaysia cendol with sticky rice? Cause in indo we use tapioca mainly

      There was no way we weren't gonna order the durian! The sticky rice isn't standard, but ever since we tried it in Ipoh, we've been hooked and order it whenever we see it as an option

      I have been to Itik Salai Masthar. I prefer Aunty Aini's Garden Cafe for daging salai masak lemak. She really masters the number one Negeri Sembilan dish.

    We struggle with fresh water fish because it has that unique flavor but I guess that with the right sauce it has to be very tasty. That lemon coconut curry looks so comforting.

    In my hometown "Chiang Mai" also have a dish similar to otak-otak, it's fish meat with chili paste in the leaves, actually in banana leaves 😍🤤
    I'm not a big fan of durian much haha 🤣 but the mango cheesecake looks so yummy! that I love it 😁

      Ohh is that hor mok? If so, we LOVE it! We ate it a bunch at this Thai restaurant in NYC and even put it in one of our videos on Thai food in NYC.
      Can imagine a mango cheesecake in Thailand would be great too with the amazing mangoes you have there

    Mango cheesecake at Kula Cakes is one of my favourite and the best in town. Maybe you also can try Puding Diraja/ Royal Dessert which was specially served to the Royalties of Pahang.Do check out Nasi Kerabu Mekla on your next foodie trip too😍

    Try the sambal tempoyak.
    Its tempoyak based cooked with mixed young leaves from tapioca tree and more various types, stink beans, lemon grass, coconut milk, anchovies and lots more which when combined really feels delicious.

      Wonder if that is the same style we had at Singgang Budu in Kuala Terengganu. It was a thicker paste with lots of spices and it came with petai. Couldn’t get enough of it! 🤤

    The Kuantan River Cruise is so awesome! You guys got to see crocodiles and fireflies too 😍
    And ended with another feast!

    That sticky rice with glutunous milk, reminds me of suman.. those fried prawns look huge.. definitely crispy!

      You can taste it, but it doesn't overwhelm it. There's also chili and more mixed with it. Absolutely delicious

    The food wrapped up in banana leaves looked really good. Baby Rosalie actually loves fried squid. She takes out the breading and eats squid inside. I have heard this from you guys before, but are you sure you can eat the shell as long as it is fried. That is life changing.
