    Thanks for being a normal woman and showing other women that the snap back game is ridiculous. Letting the body heal on its own is important

    I’m all about doing my best to be and stay natural. Married and 28. Not a mom yet. But these tidbits really help me envision how I’d like my journey to be. Thank you 🙏🏽 🌞✨

    I love that u call it ur “moon cycle”. Sounds more spiritual. The bloating makes me so insecure. Makes me want to hit the gym fast. Also, love the unedited parts of this video like when u just pick up the camera & takes us to mirror to be transparent.

    I’m not a mom, but I suffer with hemiplegic migraines right before and after my cycle because of the hormonal changes. I totally understand your struggle with headaches!

    I don’t want children but im watching your beautiful journey because if I would were to have children I would have a similar journey to yours and I agree with you: your body postpartum doesn’t snap back to the way it was it just adapts to a new body, it changes just like when your body went through puberty its never gonna be the same and it’s beautiful women should embrace their new body instead of trying to get their old body back

    @ time stamp 3:11, that reminds me of how we share the same frequency as the Earth. And when we ground or earth (planting or connecting our feet or other body parts to the Earth - bare is best!), our bodies recalibrate back in tune with the Earth's frequency. Because we wear rubber soled shoes and in general, are distracted in life, we rarely connect with the Earth's frequency and because of wifi and things like that, we are actually put OUT of our natural frequency. In college I learned that when you do an EKG the wires OUTSIDE of the building can affect the body's electrical system/the EKG reading, so you have to perform the EKG at least 2-3 times to get a baseline reading. They call her Mama Earth for a reason!

    I deeply appreciate this video! So informative. In another video you briefly mentioned your experience with the IUD. Would you consider doing a video on your experience and sharing what forms of birth control you are considering (if any)? I had the copper IUD for 3 years and that was the WORST experience. My mind body and spirit were all severely affected by this form of birth control. I specifically chose the copper because there are no ADDED hormones BUT I should have done more research. I would have discovered that although there are no added hormones it still affects the hormones your body naturally produces and can affect you just the same.

      I agree on a video about birth control! The copper IUD seems like the most reliable non hormonal option, but the stories I hear about any type of IUD scare me😟 .

    My baby boy will be a year next month. Do you think a yoni steam would still be beneficial even though it’s been so long after I’ve had my son?

    • @VexedLex
      @VexedLex 2 роки тому +2

      A yoni steam is beneficial even if you're childless.

    • @rockixoxo
      @rockixoxo 2 роки тому +1

      Please be careful if you do Yoni steams. They can mess up your PH!! And it’s not cleansing the vagina either…

    Congratulations 🎉🧸I'm due my baby early December next month,my body just goes back to normal just like yours, although I do also get s little pouch which is normal but as u say it's just bloating because of our period we haven't had it in mine months,but after that everything just goes the way it use to be,I still will have to keep taking vitamins after because I'm anaemic 🤎❤️
