I’ve been following the methods in this book for a couple years now and as a result my eczema has cleared, I lost weight, I haven’t had a urinary track infection or yeast infection since. My cycles last fewer days and are much less heavy. I have no more pms symptoms. I’ve been preaching this gospel to friends and family and am so glad you posted this video. Thank you for sharing. 🙏🏾

I like how you mix your herbs; most folks never think to do this procedure for its greater benefits. My question; are you able to have a relaxing sleep at night, if you take this before bed?
You would think with all those herbs at once; it would be difficult to sleep at night before bedtime.
